Saturday, June 30

11:11 p.m. As a result into a report of a reckless driver, police arrested Kirsten R. Bruno, 36, Bentonville, in connection with DWI and driving left of center.

Sunday, July 1

1:42 a.m. While on patrol, police saw a vehicle parked in the parking lot at the City Park. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Lindsey D. Ceola-Fosse, 34, Washburn, Mo., DWI (ACV) and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police "placed a hold" on her "until she was sober."

Monday, July 2

12:47 a.m. While on patrol, police observed a vehicle parked in the Messiah Lutheran Church parking lot. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Hunter A. Clark, 24, Rogers, in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tuesday, July 3

3:26 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Benton Drive in reference to a trespassing call. The caller said a male was walking up and down the street saying someone sprayed him with something. A second caller on Benton Drive said the suspect was there. When police found the suspect, Shane Alan Rosenthal, 28, Pea Ridge, he was arrested on a felony warrant from Washington County and was an absconder.

7:48 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Conrad Street for a physical disturbance involving two men fighting in the front yard. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Harold Ray Terry, 46, Pea Ridge, in connection with third-degree battery.

Wednesday, July 4

9 a.m. A resident of Humphrey Street reported criminal mischief involving spray paint on her vehicle.

9:20 a.m. A resident of South Curtis Avenue reported criminal mischief involving her vehicle being spray painted.

12:58 p.m. Police were dispatched to Fred's in reference to a theft call. A resident of Bella Vista reported that while he was shopping at Fred's, a white male subject stole his antique wooden walking cane with a brass head from his shopping cart. The suspect was identified as a resident of Gates Lane in the county. The cane was retrieved and returned to the owner.

Thursday, July 5

7:49 a.m. A resident of O.D. Bancroft Court reported his neighbors had set off fireworks aimed at his house leaving fireworks debris all over his roof, front porch, driveway and yard. Police reported they ere unable to make contact with the neighbors.

1:30 p.m. While on patrol, police noticed black spray paint on a white 1999 Lexus parked at a residence on Humphrey Street. The victim said his neighbors had said their vehicles had been spray painted sometime between July 3 and July 4.

7:51 p.m. A resident of McNair Place reported someone had used his credit card. On July 6, he reported he did not wish to pursue the case further after being notified by the bank he was not a victim of fraud.

9:54 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Asboth Street for a stray dog. The complainant transported the dog to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic where police impounded it. On July 6, Blake A. Swearingin, 25, Pea Ridge, claimed the dog. He was issued a citation for city ordinance dog at large.

10:14 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Douglas Street for a stray dog that was found. The complainant transported the dog to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic, where police impounded it.

Friday, July 6

12:07 a.m. Police received a report that a small child was walking around the post office area. The child told police he left home because his mother yells at him. The child was returned home, the mother was contacted and the child abuse hotline was notified.

2:02 p.m. Police received a report of criminal mischief involving spray paint on the outside of a house under construction on Shelby Street. Vulgarities against police had been painted on the walls.

8:19 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Todd Circle for a found dog. The complainant transported the dog to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic. On Monday, July 9, Sandra Gamez, 42, Pea Ridge, claimed the dog. Gamez was issued a dog ordinance citation.

Saturday, July 7

11:50 a.m. A resident of Panama City, Fla., told police he was visiting a friend on St. Clair Street in Pea Ridge when his car was spray painted while parked at the residence.

Sunday, July 8

7:30 a.m. Police received a report that the city limits sign on Arkansas Highway 265 (Hayden Road) had been spray painted with black paint.

11:36 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Lloyd William Parkinson, 41, Fairland, Okla., in connection with DWI, refusal to submit to chemical test, drove left of center, speeding, no proof of insurance. He was held in the Benton County Jail until sober.

Monday, July 9

2:42 a.m. As a result of of a traffic stop, police arrested Bridgett Vega, 19, Rogers, in connection with minor in possession of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; Jose Manuel Cruz, 19, Springdale, and Jesus Cevallos, 19, Lowell, for minors in possession of alcohol; and Alberto Armando Osorio, 19, Rogers, in connection with DUI, under age DUI law, and minor in possession of alcohol.

4 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jordan E. Thompson, 27, Bentonville, on active warrants from Centerton and Benton County Sheriff's Office and in connection with driving on a suspended license.

Tuesday, July 10

10 a.m. Police received a complaint about illegal dumping on Anderson Court. A businessman said he paid for the dumpster for the construction site and found trash in the dumpster.

2:22 p.m. Police transported Christopher Speakman, 58, Pea Ridge, to the Benton County Jail for a one-day court commit per Judge Ray Bunch.

1 p.m. While screening people entering court, police saw Gene Lindman, 58, Rogers, drop a clear plastic baggy containing a white powdery substance into the container when he was removing property from his pockets. Police attempted to speak to Lindman who ran away from the officer on foot. After he was caught, he was handcuffed, returned to the court room, and later transported to the Benton County Jail. The suspected methamphetamine was field tested, indicating a positive alert to methamphetamine. It was sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for drug testing.

Thursday, July 12

1 p.m. A resident of Greene Street reported the license plate had been stolen from the back of a 1994 Nissan pickup truck parked at their residence.

7:55 p.m. A resident of Humphrey Street reported two dogs running around the area. The dogs, both female, are believed to be mastiff mixed. They were taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

Friday, July 13

4:10 p.m. Police were dispatched to a "disturbance not in progress" at a residence on Van Dorn Street. A resident complained that another resident was yelling at her about driving onto his lawn. There were no charges filed.

Saturday, July 14

8:31 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested the passenger Cheri Lynn Hobkirk, 47, Pineville, Mo., in connection with possession of a controlled substance, violation of a protection order and a Pea Ridge failure to appear warrant; and the driver, Joseph H. Cross, 59, Pineville, Mo., in connection with driving on a suspended or revoked driver's license and no proof of insurance.

Sunday, July 15

7:45 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Greene Street for a "separated domestic dispute."

5:03 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Asboth for a possible disturbance... police issued a written warning for criminal trespass to Alan Perkins, 47, Pea ridge.

1:24 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Roy Hamilton, 47, Lincoln, in connection with driving on a suspended driver's license and a warrant for Prairie Grove. His vehicle was impounded by Erwin's Towing.

Monday, July 16

12:45 p.m. Police received a report of a theft at Blackhawk Auto shop, Ellis Street, involving an aluminum eight-lug wheel with a tire belonging to a customer and a floor jack belonging to the shop being stolen. The incident is under investigation.

Tuesday, July 17

8:57 a.m. Police were dispatched to Sonic for a "suspicious person" involving a male hanging around for the previous four hours. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Gage Antonio Pellegrino, 27, Rogers, in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia; obstructing governmental operations and loitering.

9:58 a.m. Police received a report of "unknown substances" in a garage at a residence on Zachary Street. As a result of the investigation, police cited Jacqueline Janelle Riner, 34, Pea Ridge, in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and for an arrest warrant from pea Ridge for failure to appear.
