Sgt. Todd Cornwell was presented a certificate of promotion by Pea Ridge Police Chief Ryan Walker at a private promotion ceremony prior to the February City Council meeting. Cornwell began his law enforcement career with the Tulsa Sheriff's Office in 1996 and has been employeed at Pea Ridge since 2015. He is a professional instructor, firearms instructor, field training officer, AR15 armorer and Glock armorer.

Shelley Lisenbee pins a badge onto her husband, Sgt. Mike Lisenbee, as their children, Max, 5, and Sadie, 3, watch. Lisenbee has 12 years as a law enforcement officer and 10 and a half years as a certified law enforcement officer. He has been employed with the Pea Ridge Police Department for seven months. He is a advanced certificate holder, certified field training officer, certified instructor, certified taser instructor, certified bicycle patrol officer, experienced gang intelligence officer, experienced narcotics investigator, experienced S.W.A.T. officer and president of the Pea Ridge Fraternal Order of Police.

Capt. Chris Olson received a certificate from Chief Walker at the promotion ceremony. Olson, who has 15 years of service in law enforcement (10 at Pea Ridge), is a senior certificate holder, certified instructor, experienced gang intelligence officer, experienced narcotics investigator and hostage negotiator.

Det. Sgt. Brandon Davis has been a full-time law enforcement officer since 2003 and with Pea Ridge since 2014. He worked for the Marion County Sheriff's Office from 2003-2005; Carroll County Sheriff's Office from 2005-2009 where he was an investigator, investigator sergeant and investigator lieutenant (third in command of agency); and Benton County Sheriff's Office from 2009-2014 where he was an investigator, deputy, patrol sergeant, detective sergeant and acting captain of Criminal Investigation Division. He has been patrol officer, detective and detective sergeant with Pea Ridge.

Kristin Lyle pins a badge on her husband, Lt. Eric Lyle, whose promotion was recognized at the promotion ceremony recently. Lyle has been in law enforcement for 12 years and at Pea Ridge for more than five years. A U.S. Army veteran, he is also a specialized training firearms instructor (range master), master instructor JPX Centurion LE Pepper gun, certified police professional instructor, has three years as a K-0 handler for BCSO, three years o BCSO Crime Suppression Unit, was 2016 Pea Ridge Police Officer of the Year and has completed the University of jArkansas Criminal Justice System School of Law Enforcement Superivision (SLES) Session ILVI.

Tracy Reynolds was presented a certificate as officer first class. Reynolds, currently a School Resource Officer for Pea Ridge, has 23 years of service in both Texas and Arkansas as a law enforcement officer, has worked at Pea Ridge for one and a half years and previously worked in the jail, patrol, gang task force, SWAT, CID sergeant (eight years) and SRO (second year).

Sgt. John Langham, who has been with Pea Ridge Police for 10 years, is a School Resource Officer. He also has evidence room management training and experience; crime scene technician training, experience; SRO training, experience; SRO management training, experience; sex crime investigations experience; and certified fingerprint experience.
