The Pea Ridge Planning Commission will consider a conditional use request for 750 Slack St. and hold a "show cause" hearing for a conditional use at 724 Slack St., both owned by Jim Erwin during the regular monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 7. The meeting is open to the public.
Other items on the agenda include:
• Large Scale Development, Pickens Road Storage (RLP Investments) and
• Variance request, 1389 S. Curtis Ave., side setbacks (First Baptist Church).
