Crowder College Spring Dean's List

Neosho, MO -- Crowder College announced 644 students earned recognition on the Spring 2017 Dean's List.

To achieve this honor students must complete 12 or more college credit hours courses and earn a 3.5 or higher grade point average.

Studens from the northeast Benton County area who are on that list include:

• Jamie Baggett, Pea Ridge

• Jamie Jarding, Garfield

University of Arkansas at Fort Smith

The University of Arkansas at Fort Smith has released the dean's list for the spring 2017 semester. Students with a 4.0 (straight-A) grade point average are marked with an asterisk.

Pea Ridge: Seth Brumley, Zachary Davis, *Kaitlin Masterson, Kristin Middleton, *Rilee Patrick, *Reaganne Rhine and *Allie Van Houden.

College of the Ozarks

Point Lookout, MO. -- Three students from Pea Ridge graduated from College of the Ozarks, Point Lookout, Mo., during the 2017 commencement exercises on May 7, 2017.

• Jessica Wheatley, of Pea Ridge, Ark., received a B.S. in Biology: Ecology and Field Biology. Wheatley is a Pea Ridge Public School graduate.

• Camron Tidwell, of Pea Ridge, Ark., received a B.S. in Communication Arts: Public Relations. Tidwell is a Pea Ridge Public School graduate.

• Jayse Anderson, of Pea Ridge, Ark., received a B.A. in Business Administration: Marketing. Anderson is a Pea Ridge Public School graduate.

This year marked the 110th commencement ceremony for the institution.
