Friday, June 2

11 a.m. A resident of Oakley Street reported violation of a protection order and a warrant was issued for the arrest of Kevin Ray Adams, 51, Tulsa, Okla., who was arrested June 7 and booked into the Benton County Jail.

4:31 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Zachary Street for a physical disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Sonya Waddle, 28, Pea Ridge, for third degree domestic battery.

Tuesday, June 6

8:02 p.m. A resident of Todd Circle reported a dog hanging around their house. A young female German shepherd was impounded in the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. On June 8, the owner, Joann Riner, claimed the dog, and was cited for animal at large.

Wednesday, June 7

6:21 a.m. As a result of a response to a reckless driver report, police arrested Moguel S. Murillo, 55, Springdale, for driving without a driver's license and Jose Rodrigo-Aba, 37, Springdale, on a failure to appear warrant out of Springdale.

3:26 p.m. Police were dispatched to the intersection of Slack and Weston streets for a two-vehicle accident involving vehicles driven by Seith A. Beikman, 30, Bentonville, and Kristin Lyons, 38, Pea Ridge. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Beikman for DWI.

Thursday, June 8

1:44 a.m. As a result of an investigation into a vehicle in a parking lot of a closed business on Slack Street, police arrested Steven Allen Hargis, 28, Bentonville, for felony possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of drug paraphernalia.

9 a.m. Police were dispatched to the corner of East Hayes Drive for a report of a criminal mischief. A resident of Pea Ridge reported damage to a 1990 white Ford dump truck involving a broken front windshield and bricks lying nearby.

5:48 p.m. Police worked a two-vehicle accident with injury at the intersection of South Curtis Avenue and Cardin Road involving vehicles driven by Dalton Heston Fisher, 24, Bella Vista, and Orval Wyatt, 77, Pea Ridge. As a result of the investigation, Wyatt was cited for careless and prohibited driving and no proof of insurance. Wyatt was treated at the scene and his passenger was transported by ambulance to an area hospital.

Monday, June 12

5:52 a.m.Officials from Mercy Clinic in Bella Vista reported that a 6-year-old resident on Mary Phelps Drive had been treated for a dog bite. The child's parent said the dog was a stray dog.
