The Pea Ridge Planning Commission's regular meeting will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5, in City Hall.
A public hearing to consider rezoning 7.23 acres on North Curtis Avenue from commercial to residential will be the first item of business. Other items being considered include:
• Home occupation request, 868 S. Davis St., by Rebecca Bevill; and
• Home occupation request, 786 Asboth Drive by Ryan Walker.
The meeting is open to the public.
