3:47 p.m. Police were dispatched to a business on North Curtis Avenue for a commercial burglary. Items stolen included a cash register, cash and a cell phone. As a result of the investigation, police

Tuesday, Aug. 1

12 p.m. Police took a report of shoplifting from a business on Slack Street. The incident is under investigation and police are seeking a warrant for a suspect.

Friday, Aug. 4

5:19 a.m. Police took a report of a state traffic accident at the intersection of Ark. Hwy. 94 and Sugar Creek Road. The caller reported a vehicle was off the east side of the road in a field and the engine was still warm. The driver, Austin Roath, 20, Bella Vista, was found and cited for careless and prohibited driving.

Sunday, Aug. 6

9:54 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Taylor Lane for a disturbance that had been physical. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Jathen Brown, 36, Pea Ridge, for third-degree domestic battery, aggravated assault on a family member and interfering with emergency communications.

Monday, Aug. 7

7:45 a.m. An employee of White Oak gas station reported the theft of motor fuel involving a silver, newer model Ford pickup truck driving off after the driver pumped fuel into the tank of the vehicle.

Tuesday, Aug. 8

5:50 p.m. Police were dispatched to a three-vehicle accident near the intersection of Slack and Oakley streets involving vehicles driven by Rebecca Cline, 30, Pea Ridge; Elyse Brown, 21, Pea Ridge; and Melissa Adams, 37, Pea Ridge. Adams was cited for careless/prohibited driving.

Thursday, Aug. 10

1:28 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jarrid J. Giese, 29, Centerton, on a warrant out of Centerton Police Department for failure to appear

5:38 p.m. Police were dispatched to a two-vehicle collision at Pickens and White streets involving vehicles driven by Stephanie Renee Harrison, 38, Washburn, Mo., and Robin R. Wyatt, 40, Rogers. As a result of the investigation, police cited Wyatt for careless and prohibited driving and no proof of insurance and Harrison for expired driver's license.

Friday, Aug. 11

11:42 a.m. Police were dispatched to a business on Slack Street for three stray dogs. Police contacted employees of the Street Department to transport the dogs to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. At 1:35 p.m. the owner, Louis Alterici, 46, Pea Ridge, claimed the dogs, and was cited for animal at large.

Saturday, Aug. 12

8:27 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Lindsay Street concerning a BB handgun found in the front yard. The gun was placed in evidence.

12:28 p.m. Police were dispatched to a business on North Curtis Avenue for a report of a disturbance that had occurred the previous evening. As a result of the investigation, police issued a written warning to not return to Jim's Razorback Pizza to Geneva O'Neal, 49, Pea Ridge.

6:36 p.m. As a result of a report of a reckless driver, police arrested Shiloh Evans Scalzi, 36, Rogers, DWI, violation of implied consent (refusal to submit to chemical test), possession of a controlled substance Sch. VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an ope container containing an alcoholic beverage.

Sunday, Aug. 13

1:24 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Cassidy R. Casteel, 22, Springfield, Mo., for possession of drug paraphernalia and cited for no proof of insurance.

Monday, Aug. 14

11:33 a.m. A resident of Carr Street reported about $300 missing from a child's piggy bank.

Tuesday, Aug. 15

6:10 a.m. Police received multiple reports of breaking and entering and theft of items from parked vehicles from residents of Washburn Drive, Blair Circle, Daniel Lane and Taylor Lane.

4:40 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Melissa Mobley, 30, on warrants from Crawford County and Rogers Police.

Wednesday, Aug. 16

7:24 a.m. Police took a report of a traffic accident involving a vehicle striking a bicycle ridden by a 14-year-old boy. The boy said he was not hit, although his bicycle was. The vehicle, driven by Pamela M. Patton, 39, Pea Ridge, was exiting the Middle School when she struck the bicycle which was crossing the driveway on the sidewalk. There were injuries or damages reported.

8:31 a.m. A resident of Kings Lane reported breaking or entering of a vehicle and the theft of a handicap placard. The resident reported the theft apparently took place sometime between Aug. 11-15.

9:17 a.m. As a result of an investigation into a reckless driver, police arrested Malcolm Joseph Hendrix, 39, Huntsville, for possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of Sch. I or II; and three counts of possession of schl. IV or V.

10:23 a.m. A construction owner reported an exterior door stolen off a house under construction on Eagle Way.

10:24 a.m. Police arrested Thomas W. Soard, 37, Pea Ridge, for possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended driver's license and on a warrant from Bella Vista.

Wednesday, Aug. 17

12:43 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jacie Alexandra Allison, 18, Pineville, Mo., for possession of Sch. VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and operation of a vehicle without a license plate.

11:45 a.m. A resident of Asboth Street reported fraudulent use of his credit card.

12:32 p.m. Police were dispatched to the band room at Pea Ridge High School for a clear plastic baggy containing a green leafy substance of suspected marijuana. A student had found the bag on the walkway between two schools.

2:21 p.m. A resident of Blair Circle reported his vehicle had been broken into sometime between Aug. 11-17.

7:32 p.m. Police received a report of a stray dog in the area of Park Circle. The complainant agreed to transport the dog to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

8:20 p.m. As a result of an investigation into a complaint by a resident of Turner Way, police arrested Brandon Hockenberry, 35, Pea Ridge, for violation of a no contact order.

Thursday, Aug. 18

7:40 a.m. Police were dispatched to the corner of Hayden and Pickens rods for report of two black dogs running around in the road during heavy school traffic. A city employee was called to transport the dogs to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

8:34 a.m. Police received a report of a 16-year-old female who was missing from a residence on John Montgomery Circle.
