Rezoning 10 acres on the south end of St. Clair Street in the Standing Oaks subdivision will be presented at a public hearing prior to the regularly scheduled Pea Ridge Planning Commission meeting Tuesday, Oct. 4. The land is currently zoned agricultural (A-1). The zone being requested is R-2SF, residential single family.
The public is allowed to speak during the public hearing.
In addition to the rezoning request, a discussion on the Maple Glenn II Property Owners Association presented by Kathleen Brown, president Maple Glenn POA, is on the agenda.
The Planning Commission meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, in City Hall.
