Tuesday, Sept. 20

2:20 p.m. Police told Patricia Pope, 46, Garfield, she can not live in the trailer in the city limits. Pope was cited for violation of a city ordinance.

6:07 p.m. Police were dispatched to a business on North Curtis Avenue for a report of a bomb threat. An employee told police a man's voice on the telephone said: "there is a bomb in the store." The store was vacated; nothing unusual was found.

Wednesday, Sept. 21

10 a.m. Police were dispatched to the area of Sugar Creek Golf Course for a report of "a crazy man." As a result of the investigation, police arrested Zackary Sean Bradley, 19, Garfield, for harassment, disorderly conduct and obstructing governmental operations. He was given a trespass warning from the Sugar Creek Golf Course property.

Thursday, Sept. 22

9:25 a.m. Police were flagged down by a driver who reported someone driving in the ditch on Arkansas Highway 94. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Paul Anthony Vicente, 22, Pea Ridge, for driving on a suspended driver's license, speeding 50 mph in a 25 mph zone and obstructing governmental operations and as a probationer with warrants from Rogers and Benton County Sheriff's Office; and Maria D. Perea, 24, Pea Ridge, for obstructing governmental operations.

5:47 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Shrader Road for a death investigation involving a 32-year-old male who was found deceased.

Friday, Sept. 23

3:38 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Baker Street for a domestic disturbance involving a purported assault and battery. As a result of the investigation, police arrested a 17-year-old male for third-degree domestic assault and aggravated assault.

Saturday, Sept. 24

4:49 p.m. A resident of Ryan Road reported a 20-year-old female missing; she later returned home and was removed from the missing persons list.

Sunday, Sept. 25

4:16 p.m. Police took a report of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Slack Street (Ark. Hwy. 72) and Oakley Street involving vehicles driven by a 16-year-old male and Alison Bell Taylor, 36, Pea Ridge. There were no injuries reported.

11:32 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Mitchell Lane for a disturbance in progress. As a result of the investigation, police arrested William Booher, 44, Pea Ridge, for DWI and cited for driving left of center.

11:50 p.m. Police were notified of an attempted overdose at a residence on Blair Circle. A 39-year-old male was transported via ambulance to the hospital.

Monday, Sept. 26

9:37 a.m. A resident of Rogers reported a theft from a vehicle of a wallet with cash and credit cards. The vehicle was parked at a residence on Davis Street in Pea Ridge.
