GARFIELD -- Garfield City Council will be moderated by new council member Terry Warren, according to Mayor Gary Blackburn, who said he will be out of town and not at the meeting. Warren was appointed last month to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Malania Carter.
The meeting will begin with a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. to consider placing a lien on a property on North Wimpy Jones to recoup the city's costs for cleaning the property.

• Consider Planning Commission's recommendation for placement of a manufactured home
• Amend Ordinance 12
