New Meadowbrook Extension Club
Members of the New Meadowbrook Extension Club of Garfield met for the March meeting at the home of Ione Kauffeld at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 9. There were nine members in attendance, including a new member, Audra Rouw.
Lisa Ingalls gave the devotion for the meeting and all received a small bag of Jelly Beans with the Jelly Bean Prayer.
Announcements of the upcoming Spring Council Meeting on April 15, plans for the County Fair in August, and also a meeting is being held March 17 to make Nursing Bibs, this will be at the County Extension Office. Plans were also discussed of the next project that members will be doing and also for the booth to be presented at the Fair. After the meeting refreshments and coffee were served.
