Vacation Bible Schools

Vacation Bible Schools at churches in the northeast Benton County area include:

• Monday, June 20-Friday, June 24: "Egypt: Joseph's Journey from prison to palace," 6-8 p.m., preschool to sixth grade, First Baptist Church, Garfield

• Monday, July 11-Friday, July 15: "Pool Party -- Make a Splash with Jesus," 6-8 p.m. family VBS, The Ridge Community Church

• Monday, July 11-Friday, July 15: Cave Quest VBS, 5-8 p.m. at Boundless Grace Baptist Church for kindergarten through sixth-grade children.

• Friday, July 15-Sunday, July 17: Cave Quest VBS, 6-9 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m.-noon Sunday, Westside Baptist Church, 1348 Weston St., Pea Ridge

• Sunday, July 17-Thursday, July 21: Kickoff 6-8 p.m. Sunday, July 17, VBS Julyl 18-21: Dinner at 6 p.m. at Presbyterian Church, VBS 6:30 p.m. -- joint VBS of Mt. Vernon Presbyterian, Pea Ridge United Methodist, Brightwater Methodist and the Episcopal Church. Opening and closing sessions will be at Presbyterian Church with VBS classes in Methodist Church. While children are in VBS, there will be an adult Bible student each night at the Methodist church.

• Monday, Aug. 1-Friday, Aug. 5: "Come and SEA," 6-8 p.m., Pea Ridge Nazarene Church, 150 Barris Lane

• Monday, Aug. 1-Friday, Aug. 5: "Ocean Commotion,Diving into Noah's Flood" 6:30-8:30 p.m., New Prospect Baptist Church, Vacation Bible School at New Prospect, Gann Ridge Road, Garfield, for children up through high school.
