Friday, May 20

1 p.m. Police took a delayed accident report involving an incident that happened at the four-way stop at North Curtis Avenue and Pickens Road about 8:45 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, involved vehicles driven by Raymond Gibby, 40, Pea Ridge, and a 17-year-old female, residence not listed. No visible damage was noted.

Monday, May 23

2:30 p.m. Police went to an apartment on Kings Lane for a "knock and talk," according to the police report, regarding information about illegal narcotics sales. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Timothy Andrew Thurman, 37, Pea Ridge, for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of controlled substance sch. II, possession of controlled substance sch. IV and possession of drug paraphernalia; and Bobbie Jean Miller, 36, Pea Ridge, for felony possession of drug paraphernalia and a Rogers warrant; and cited Corey Duffy, 19, Pea Ridge, for possession of drug paraphernalia. Two other males present were questioned, then released. Items confiscated included a plastic bag of marijuana, a plastic bag with a large amount of methamphetamine and two smaller bags with meth, as well as multiple pipes, digital scales, blue pills, and other paraphernalia. A 13-year-old male who was present was released to a family friend.

6:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on East Watie Street for a disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Tonia Christine Ennis, 39, Pea Ridge, third-degree domestic battery.

7:56 p.m. A residence of McNair Street reported criminal damage involving their mailbox "hanging from the post" and "mail all over the ground."

9 p.m. A resident of Washburn Drive reported fraud involving a bank debit card and an internet order involving items fraudulently ordered on her account using her debit card.

Tuesday, May 24

10:13 a.m. Police were dispatched to Pea Ridge Middle School for a stray dog. The dog, which did not have a microchip, was placed in the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

2:59 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on McCulloch Street regarding a fraud call. The resident reported her "ex-husband" had purchased an item and not made payments on it and she was listed on the contract as a second party on the loan.

Wednesday, May 25

6:45 a.m. A resident of Farrell Street reported a trailer and two John Deere lawn mowers were missing. The resident reported there had been a hitch lock on the trailer that was apparently broken off.

4:21 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Lynn Drive for a suicidal subject who had a knife to his throat involving an 18-year-old male. He was transported to a local hospital.

8:05 p.m. Police were dispatched to Givens Place Subdivision for a dog at large. The dog was taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

Thursday, May 26

8 p.m. Police were dispatched to the area of Ark. Hwy. 72 at Plentywood for a single-vehicle accident from which the driver was reportedly fleeing on foot. The vehicle, a grey Nissan Pathfinder had major front end damage and had hit a utility pole, which was broken in half. Witnesses reported the male attempted to enter a residence nearby then fled on foot into the woods. The driver, Jericho B. Lambert, 21, Pea Ridge, was found after a search by police and Benton County Sheriff's deputies. He was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear from Pea Ridge, a felony warrant for theft out of Benton County. Lambert told paramedics from the Pea Ridge ambulance he did not need medical attention. A deputy from BCSO transported Lambert to the Benton County Jail.

Friday, May 27

10:50 a.m. Police were dispatched to New Life Fellowship Church, Weston Street, for a report of criminal mischief involving a broken window. According to the report, it appeared a vehicle was "doing donuts" in the gravel parking lot and may have thrown up a rock that broke the window. The building is owned by Jackie Crabtree and rented to the church.
