• 1/14 Blake Alexander Patton, 21, Pea Ridge, two counts of failure to appear

• 1/15 Christopher M. Casberg, 28, Rogers, failure to appear

• 1/16 Billy Ray E. Johnson, 24, Garfield, failure to appear

• 11/16 James Brown, 41, Pineville, Mo., for a felony warrant for second degree assault from McDonald County, Mo.

Monday, Jan. 11

11:15 a.m. A resident of Lynn Drive reported two dogs getting into her trash. The dogs, one a Pit Bull and the other a spaniel, were picked up and taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. The dogs' owner, Kathryn Monroe, claimed the dogs and was cited for dog at large.

12:30 p.m. The school resource officer was notified of graffiti on the wall of the eighth-grade boys' bathroom. As a result of the investigation, a 14-year-old male was charged with criminal mischief.

Tuesday, Jan. 12

3:15 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Hannah Lavelle Cornett, 20, Garfield, for driving on a suspended license (not DWI).

8:31 p.m. A business owner reported receiving threatening phone call from a former employee. As a result of the investigation, police filed for a warrant to arrest the suspect on second degree terroristic threatening.

Wednesday, Jan. 13

11:34 a.m. Police were dispatched to the area of East Pickens Road for a stray dog. The dog, a medium-size, black male with white markings, was taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. On Thursday, Jan. 14, the dog was released to the owner, Madyson Greene, who was cited for dog at large.

2 p.m. A resident turned in a cell phone she found in the lot behind Community First Bank. The owner, a 15-year-old male, was located and the phone was returned to him.

Thursday, Jan. 14

11:03 a.m. Police took a report of a student's parent threatening to "slap him in the face" and being extremely heated and irate. As a result of the investigation, Karl Edward Smith, 44, Pea Ridge, was arrested for a felony -- first degree terroristic threatening with an enhancement for threats made to a school teacher or administrator. He was taken to the Benton County Jail for a bond hearing and issuance of a no contact order.

2:25 p.m. A resident of Brooks Circle reported theft involving about $52 worth of water from her house while she was out of town.

Friday, Jan. 15

5:23 a.m. Police received information of a vehicle parked on Poten Spur, partially in the road with a man asleep in the vehicle. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Robert Douglas, 28, Pea Ridge, for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Benton County warrant for nonsupport.

Saturday, Jan. 16

7:50 a.m. Police were dispatched to a business on North Curtis Avenue in reference to a vehicle parked there with two occupants "slumped over." As a result of the investigation, police arrested Austin Lee Avry, 25, Bella Vista, driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sunday, Jan. 17

12:10 p.m. Police observed a red Chevrolet pickup truck parked on the shoulder of Greer Road with a flat tire and appearing to have burn residue inside the cab. It was discovered the vehicle was stolen out of Rogers. Rogers Police were notified and the vehicle was transported to a tow yard.
