This will be Mrs. Moline's first year as principal. She served as the assistant principal last year and has served in the Pea Ridge School District for 10 years. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Mrs. Moline said she likes "interacting with students every day and knowing that I have an opportunity to make a difference."

Mrs. Moline and her husband, John, have a daughter, Rachel, and cats, Charlie and Speckle. She enjoys travel, attending plays, concerts and reading.

New to the assistant principal position, Mrs. Hager has been in the Pea Ridge School District for nine years. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas and her master's degree from Arkansas State University.

"I love connecting with and serving my students, teachers and parents," she said.

She and her husband, Steve, will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary Aug. 17. They have two daughters, Jordan and Brandi, and two dogs, Daisy and Olive. She enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

Mrs. Caudle is the sixth-grade counselor and has been in the Pea Ridge School District for five years. She has been a school counselor for 30 years. She graduated from both Kansas State University and the University of Arkansas.

"I love sixth graders! I love their vibrancy, enthusiasm and curiosity," she said. "I enjoy middle level education because of the excitement students have for taking charge of their learning."

Mrs. Caudle and her husband, Bob, have two adult children, Courtney and Michael, and a dog named Duke. She enjoys gardening and genealogy.
