Monday, April 11

12:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on McRae Lane for illegal dumping involving Joshua Snook of Pea Ridge putting bags of trash in a dumpster for residents of McRae Lane. Snock, 55, was cited for illegal dumping and told to remove the trash bags.

2 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Wade Lane for a theft report. A resident reported cash missing from her room.

11:59 p.m. A resident of Pace Lane reported a runaway 14-year-old male. The youth was found, returned home, and spoken to about leaving without his parents' permission.

Tuesday, April 12

10:33 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Keith R. Bennett, 36, Rogers, on Rogers warrants and turned over to Rogers police.

4:07 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Mary Phelps Circle for a suspicious circumstance involving a gate standing open. Police cleared the residence and found no one inside and nothing missing.

Thursday, April 14

12:05 a.m. Police were dispatched to White Oak Station for two intoxicated juveniles who were causing problems. One, Jerry Turner, 20, Pea Ridge, was found walking in the middle of the roadway on Slack Street. The other suspect, Dakota Duffy, 20, Pea Ridge, was found in the southbound lane of North Curtis Avenue. Both males were arrested for minor in possession and taken to Benton County Jail.

Sunday, April 17

2:59 a.m. While on patrol on Davis Street, police observed a person run off Davis onto Rains Street, then saw two more people. Police stopped the first person, who was a 17-year-old female, and told her she was out after curfew. Police learned she was on probation. She was given a juvenile appearance bond and a verbal warning for curfew violation.

Monday, April 18

2:20 p.m. Police arrested Jennifer Jo Bland, 49, Rogers, for second degree criminal impersonation, obstructing governmental operations and resisting arrest. She was booked into the Benton County Jail...

9 p.m. A resident of W.M.B. Franklin Court reported they had caught a black and white pug dog. On Tuesday, April 19, the dog's owner, Jerod Whipple, Pea Ridge, picked up his Boston terrier and was cited for dog at large.

Tuesday, April 19

8:15 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jarod Lee Holt, 23, Bentonville, for an outstanding warrant for failure to pay fines and costs from Rogers.

11:11 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Patton Street for an unresponsive female. It was determined that the 40-year-old female was deceased.

Wednesday, April 20

8:15 a.m. A resident of West Patton Street reported two vehicles at the residence had been broken into; both vehicles had been left unlocked. Nothing was reported missing.

10:15 a.m. The school resource officer was asked to help investigate the odor of marijuana found in the boys bathroom in the blue hall at Pea Ridge High School. As a result of the investigation, it was discovered a 15-year-old male was interviewed. He admitted to smoking marijuana in the bathroom at school. He was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Evidence was recovered from the youth including a green leafy substance, pipes and lighters.

2:02 p.m. Police received an anonymous complaint about a white male "allegedly following and harassing" juvenile teen-age girls as they walk home from Pea Ridge Middle School. According to the report, the girls claimed the male made "sexual comments and invited them into his truck."

5:05 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Washburn Drive for a verbal disturbance. Police spoke to both parties. There were no charges filed.

7:20 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Patton Street for a theft from a vehicle. The vehicle owner said he forgot to lock the vehicle and when he returned to the vehicle, he noticed items from the glove box were thrown on the floor and the bag in the back had been emptied. He said his prescription bottle of Xanax and adrenaline medication were missing. He said a cell phone was also missing.

11:06 p.m. Police were dispatched to a civil call in the parking lot of the Police Department involving a resident of South Curtis Avenue wanting to get an order of protection against former residents of his house. The man also reported items missing from his house that he believes are at a local pawn shop. He said he wants to press charges for theft.

Thursday, April 21

12:46 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Charles Street for an attempted suicide. The 30-year-old male suspect had left the area and was not found.

Saturday, April 23

11:35 a.m. Police took a report of a motor-vehicle accident at the four-way stop at Curtis Avenue and Lee Town Road involving vehicles driven by Hannah Hall, 18, Pea Ridge, and Jerry McNelly, 77, Pineville, Mo. No citations were issued.

2:32 p.m. Police took a report of a two-vehicle accident with injury at East Pickens Road and Greer Street involving a vehicle driven by Robert Wabaunsee, 52, Bella Vista, and a motorcycle driven by Frank D. Flippo, 55, Eureka Springs. According to the report, Wabaunsee was eastbound on Pickens in a 2010 Nissan Maxima when he saw an oncoming motorcycle lose control and cross the center line into his lane; Wabaunsee said he attempted to avoid a head-on collision by speeding up and turning to the right. The 2000 Honda Shadow Sabre motorcycle ridden by Flippo hit the Nissan in the driver-side rear door and back quarter panel. Flippo was taken to Washington Regional Medical Center by medical helicopter. He was later cited with no proof of insurance, careless and prohibited driving and no motorcycle endorsement.

9:10 p.m. as a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Chandler Drain, 19, Bentonville, for driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance, speeding and warrants from Benton and Washington counties for three counts of failure to appear and failure to pay fines.

Sunday, April 24

7:33 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested William Brian Junior, 42, Rogers, on warrants for failure to pay fines and costs and four more warrants from other agencies, according to the report. He was also cited for driving with a suspended driver's license.
