Friday, Sept. 18

11:15 a.m. A student reported his vehicle had been hit by another vehicle while parked in the high school parking lot. Police spoke to the suspect, who admitted hitting the vehicle but said he thought it did not cause any damage.

9:10 p.m. Police were dispatched to Charles Street for a stray dog. It was taken to Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

Saturday, Sept. 19

1:55 a.m. Police were dispatched to Northwest Medical Center to take a report on an assault that reportedly took place at a residence on Hallack Lane. The incident is under investigation.

3:59 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Weston Loop for a reort of a dog that jumped out of a vehicle attacking a dog in its yard. As a result of the investigation, Kristen M. James, 33, Farmington, was cited for dog at large.

Sunday, Sept. 20

10:35 a.m. Police were dispatched to a business on North Curtis Avenue for damage to a vending machine

6:32 p.m. A resident of South Harvey Wakefield reported terrorist threatening.

Monday, Sept. 21

7:15 p.m. Police gave a verbal trespass warning to a 37-year-old male to not be on the school stadium property after he was belligerent when told he couldn't smoke an e-cigarrette on school property.

Tuesday, Sept. 22

10:33 a.m. A resident of Richards Street reported a gasoline container with about two gallons of gasoline missing from his driveway

10:50 a.m. Police received a call of gas from a meter that was disconnected at a residence on Weston Street

11:36 a.m. Police received a report of a vicious dog on Pike Street; it was caught and taken to Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

Wednesday, Sept. 23

12 a.m. As a result of a report of a physical disturbance, police arrested Michael S. Moss, 40, Pea Ridge, for third degree domestic battery.

12:48 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Lynn Drive for a disturbance involving a couple arguing about whether a juvenile male would leave the residence with his mother. The child was allowed to leave with his mother.

1:445 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on North Davis Street for an abandoned dog. It was taken to Pea Ridge Vet Clinic by the reporting party and placed in a pen by police.

11:26 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Erik S. Canada, 26, Rogers, for a felony warrant from Benton County.

Thursday, Sept. 24

8:04 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Zachary Street for the report of a boat. Police contacted a representative of the Standing Oaks Property Owners Association who said the boat was removed due to POA violations by the property manager. Police determined the issue is a civil matter.
