Al-Anon group meets Wednesday

Al-Anon is a fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who believe their lives have been affected by someone else's drinking.

Al-Anon is a mutual support recovery program based on the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). Al-Anon is a nonprofessional fellowship where members share their experience, strength and hope to solve their common problems. Al-Anon is a recovery program with the anonymity of all Al-Anon, Alateen and AA members protected.

Al-Anon will have its first meeting in Pea Ridge at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, at the United Methodist Church. The United Methodist Church is located at 1209 Davis St., Pea Ridge.Adults and teens are welcome.
