• 9/1 Tasha Lee Heath, 29, Rogers, imprudent driving, and two counts of contempt failure to pay fines and costs

Monday, Aug. 31

7:07 a.m. Police were dispatched to a private property accident at White Oak station involving a vehicle driven by Mary A. Lushenko, 54, Pea Ridge, and a vehicle owned by Robert McNamara, 27, Bentonville.

8:10 a.m. Police were dispatched to Pea Ridge High School for a criminal mischief report involving a vehicle owned by Izetta Osmond, 63, Pea Ridge, that was damaged by being scratched.

9:02 a.m. A resident of Hoffman Street reported theft theft of cash and a birth certificate.

Tuesday, Sept. 1

8:50 a.m. Albert Butler, 64, Pea Ridge, reported a private property accident involving a his vehicle saying the hit and run could have occurred at Fred's, Dollar General or Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market.

Wednesday, Sept. 2

8 a.m. Two small dogs were picked up from yard on Lee Town Road and placed in the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

10:45 a.m. Police cited two 14-year-old females for disorderly conduct.

12:11 p.m. A resident of Watie Street reported identity theft.

7:15 p.m. Police reported a dog running across Slack Street in front of a patrol vehicle. The dog's owner, Scott Jacobs, 34, Pea Ridge, was cited for dog at large.

Thursday, Sept. 3

8 a.m. Police were dispatched to the Intermediate School for a dog there. It was taken to Pea Ridge Vet Clinic and the owner was called; the dog was returned to its owner.

8:35 a.m. A juvenile male said he has not been able to find his Chromebook computer that he left in the cafeteria. As a result of a search, the backpack and computer were found at Pea Ridge Middle School.

9:40 a.m. As a result of an investigation into guns pawned by a convicted felon, police arrested Christopher Mann, 38, Pea Ridge, for felon in possession of a firearm.

1 p.m. Police cited Michael Darren Raper, 26, Pea Ridge, for theft of services involving turning on a water meter after it was turned off by the city.

7:04 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence Hazelton Road for a stray dog that had been running loose for a couple of days. The black male border collie was taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

9:05 p.m. A resident of East Harris Street reported unauthorized use of a vehicle involving an 18-year-old male taken the vehicle without permission and damaging it. The male said she gave him permission to use it. The information was forwarded to the county prosecutor.
