Monday, June 1

9:09 a.m. A resident of Lynn Drive reported fraud involving use of a computer and pop up messages charging a fee.

6:30 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited a 16-year-old female for speeding, no driver's license and no proof of insurance.

Tuesday, June 2

3:14 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Jones Lane for a verbal disturbance; police spoke to the parties involved.

5:20 p.m. Police received a report from a juvenile of rape that occured in 2014; the incident is under investigation.

Wednesday, June 3

8:50 a.m. While on patrol, police discovered a vehicle parked in the middle of Ryan Road. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Nathaniel K. Inthasone, 31, Rogers, for improper parking, driving on suspended driver's license and expired tags.

1:20 p.m. A resident of McNelly Road turned in a stray dog picked up near Pea Ridge High School. The dog was taken to Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. The dog was claimed on June 4 by its owner, Jeanette Gonzalez, 22, Pea Ridge, who was cited for dog at large and no city tags.

10:35 p.m. Police took a report of an accident involving a vehicle owned by Christian Dale Lee Stevens, 18, Pea Ridge, which hit the McDonalds building. Stevens was cited for no proof of insurance and no vehicle license.

Friday, June 5

9 a.m. A property owner of a residence on Jenks Court reported criminal mischief involving someone breaking a sliding glass window on the back side of the residence. It appeared a brick had been thrown through the window. Police interviewed several juveniles as a result of the investigation.

8:30 p.m. A resident of Ford Street reported a cast iron metal kettle valued at $500 taken from her front yard sometime Thursday night. There were witnesses to the crime which is under investigation.

Saturday, June 6

8:26 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Hickman Road for a physical disturbance involving yelling and fighting and a man chasing a female down the street. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Shane Price, 38, Pea Ridge, for third-degree domestic battering and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Benton County Jail.

Sunday, June 7

8:27 a.m. Police were dispatched to the area of WMB Franklin for four dogs running loose. Police were able to retrieve two of the dogs. One of the dogs was retrieved by its owner, Daymond Keith Bean, 26, Pea Ridge, who was cited for violation of the city dog ordinance.

4:35 p.m. Police were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident on East Pickens Road at Greer Street in which there were possible injuries and that children were involved. A vehicle driven by Kelley R. Billbee, 32, of Springdale, was eastbound on East Pickens, crossed the center line and collided with a westbound vehicle driven by Brian Cope, 44, Tulsa, Okla. Billbee's vehicle also struck a SWEPCO power pole. One juvenile passenger in Billbee's vehicle was transported to Northwest Regional Hospital.
