Macaroni Salad

From the kitchen of Mayda Clanton, former 4-H leader

"Country Classics," Battlefield 4-H Club, Pea Ridge, Ark.

2 c. macaroni (shell or elbow)

1/2 c. French dressing

1 c. chopped celery

1 c. cold cooked peas

carrots (optional)

1 chopped onion

1 chopped green pepper

2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

2 Tbsp. mustard

Cook and drain macaroni. Stir and blend together: salad dressing and mustard. Mix in other ingredients and add macaroni. Chill for a few hours.
