Monday, June 22

12:05 p.m. Police were dispatched to an animal call involving a dead dog in a ditch on North Curtis Avenue.

3:32 p.m. Police were dispatched to a private property accident in the parking lot of Neighborhood Market, Walmart, Slack Street, between vehicles driven by Sandra Weatherford, 64, Washburn, Mo., and Doris R. Kelton, 78, Pea Ridge.

Tuesday, June 23

8 a.m. Police received a call of a dog running loose in the area of Benton and Washburn streets. The dog was captured by its owner, John Temko, 35, Pea Ridge, who was cited for dog at large.

Wednesday, June 24

8:35 a.m. Police received a dog picked up in the area of It'll Do Road and Ark. Hwy. 72 and placed it in the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

3:37 p.m. Police were dispatched to a verbal disturbance on Sugar Creek Road; the parties involved agreed to separate.

4:58 p.m. Police were dispatched to a business on Lee Town for a disturbance involving a male "screaming at everyone, trying to fight." The suspect was given a trespass warning.

7:46 p.m. Police received a report from a resident on Woods Street of a missing/runaway juvenile involving a 13-year-old female. As a result of the investigation, it was determined that she had gone camping at Beaver Lake with an 18-year-old male from Oklahoma who she reportedly met "online." She was returned to her parents.

Thursday, June 25

3:31 a.m. Police were dispatched to an apartment on Wade Lane for a verbal disturbance. As a result of the investigation, Rhody Lee Tate, 30, Pea Ridge, was arrested for third-degree domestic assault.

9:48 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Todd Circle for a possible suicide attempt.

10 a.m. Keys, which were found in the street, were turned into the Police Department.

8:58 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Griffin Lane for an attempted suicide. As a result of the investigation, Jordon E. Griffin, 53, Pea Ridge, was arrested and booked into the Benton County Jail for disorderly conduct.
