Monday, Dec. 14

10 a.m. Police were dispatched to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic in for a dog brought in by a resident.

12 p.m. Police placed a dog in the Pea Ridge Clinic; the dog was found by a resident and taken to the Police station.

Tuesday, Dec. 15

9:08 a.m. The school resource officer received a report of a physical altercation involving a 15-year-old white male attacking a 13-year-old white male, both from Pea Ridge, in the Middle School gym. The 15-year-old was charged with Battery III and given a Juvenile Court date.

3:30 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jason Fitzpatrick, 30, of Bella Vista, for DWI and refusal to submit to a breath test cited him for speeding, having no proof of insurance and no driver's license.

5 p.m. A resident of Harper Drive reported someone opened a loan in his name for $2,900 through Prosper Marketplace.com.

7:35 p.m. Police were dispatched to a physical disturbance at Pea Ridge Library involving an adult female and juvenile female. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Nancy Medina, 37, Pea Ridge, for disorderly conduct and third degree domestic battery and booked into the Benton County Jail.

10:21 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Mary Phelps Street for a verbal disturbance involving a 16-year-old female who was reportedly out of control.

Tuesday, Dec. 16

3:17 p.m. A School Resource Officer received a report of a 14-year-old female student taken from campus by another student's parent. The case was referred to the Benton County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

3:30 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on Van Dorn Street, police arrested Neather N. Hall, 28, Rogers, on a warrant from the Rogers Police Department for contempt of court on an original charge of criminal trespassing. She was taken to the Rogers Police Department.

Thursday, Dec. 17

1:39 p.m. Police took a report of a traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Terry Corwin, 30, Fayetteville, and Ruby B. Ross, 78, Pea Ridge.

Friday, Dec. 18

9 a.m. Officers took a report of a wreck on It'll Do Road and Hunter Drive involving vehicles driven by John W. Conoway, 20, Pea Ridge, and Marlene Wright, 42, Pea Ridge.

11:30 a.m. A resident of Hunter Drive picked up a stray white male terrier; it was taken to Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

5:54 p.m. Police took a report of a two-vehicle accident on Lee Town Road involving vehicles driven by a 17-year-old female and Tammie Walker, 52, Pea Ridge. Walker was cited for careless and prohibited driving and no proof of insurance.

11:56 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Blair Circle for a disturbance. As a result of the investigation, Kyle Roberts, 30, Pea Ridge, was arrested for third degree domestic battery.

3:22 p.m. As the result of a traffic stop, police arrested Michael Brent Hames, 44, Neosho, Mo., and Deanna K. Hames 42, Goodman, Mo., both for violation of protection order.

Sunday, Dec. 20

6:43 a.m. Police were dispatched to Sonic for an animal complaint involving gray/white male Australian shepherd wearing a black collar with no tags. It was placed in the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. The dog did not have a microchip. The dog's owner, Linda Holtgrewe, claimed the dog Monday, Dec. 21, and was cited for dog at large.

8 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on West Patton Street in reference to an aggressive dog call. When the officer got out of patrol unit a large brown dog ran up growling, barking and showing his teeth. The owner, Nicole Gleason, 39, Pea Ridge, was contacted, told to put up the dog and cited for dog at large.

9 a.m. Police were dispatched to a resident on Hazelton in reference to a dog; it was impounded in Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic

10:34 a.m. The school resource officer went to a residence on Conrad Street for a report of a juvenile who had mentioned on Facebook who wanted to commit suicide. The child was OK and the Facebook post was old. There was a parent there taking care of the child to ensure nothing happened.
