Kellie Ann Carlson

Kellie Ann Carlson, 62, of Pineville, Mo., died Sept. 18, 2014, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Ark. She was born July 7, 1952, in Osceola, Iowa, to Joe Williamson and Margaret Gray Williamson.

She moved to the area 29 years ago to make her home. She was a homemaker, loved riding horses and having fun with her grandchildren and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Terry Carlson, and two sisters, Myrna Sanderson and Jodee Williamson.

Survivors include a son, Colby Carlson of Pea Ridge; a daughter, Stacy Doran and husband Sean of Pineville; two sisters, Mary Kay Frantz of Muldrow, Okla., and Kathi Hainline of Leon, Iowa; her mother-in-law, Lois Criss; and eight grandchildren, Nacoma Fite, Destiny Weldon, Tristin Carlson, Trinity Carlson, Felisha Ingham, Terri Ingham, Shawntel Doran and Samantha Doran.

A family gathering will be held at a later date; contact the family for day and time.

Cremation arrangements were by Sisco Funeral home in Pea Ridge.

Kenneth Tod Fabrizio

Kenneth Tod Fabrizio, 51, of Garfield, died Sept. 11, 2014. He was born July 29, 1963, in Tucson, Ariz., to Donna and Charles Fabrizio.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Terrel Frasure and Glenn Thornhill of Pea Ridge, Ark.; his father and stepmother, Charles and Patty Woodruff of Springfield, Mo.; a brother, Alan Frasure of Bentonville, Ark.; three sisters, Misti Martin, Erin Fabrizio and Amy Fabrizio; three sons, Anthony Fabrizio, Jason Fabrizio and Isaac Fabrizio; two daughters, Kristina Fabrizio and Kameryn Fabrizio; and numerous grandchildren.

Inez 'Jo' Hurst

Inez "Jo" Hurst, 84, of Pea Ridge, died Sept. 13, 2014, in Pea Ridge. She was born Sept. 27, 1929, in Big Flat, Ark., to Clatys and Clifford Snelgrooes Marchant.

She married Junior Hurst on Aug. 5, 1947. He preceded her in death Jan. 17, 1992.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Harvey; and two sisters, Florene and Merdean; and by her son, Johnny.

She retired from Rogers Tool Works after 19 years.

Survivors include a son, Larry Hurst and his wife, Helen, of Pea Ridge; one daughter-in-law, Judy Hurst-Cochran of Pea Ridge; one sister, Vonda Rae Maynard of Independence, Mo.; two grandsons, Scott and his wife, Dana Hurst, of Bentonville and Philip Hurst of Clements, Calif.; one great-granddaughter, Marlowe Hurst of Bentonville; and by many much loved nieces and nephews.

A visitation was held prior to the service from 10 until 11 a.m.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 19, 2014, at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.

Interment followed in Elm Springs Cemetery in Elm Springs.

Arrangements were under the care of Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.

John Martin

John Alan Martin, 48, of Rogers, died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014, at Circle of Life Hospice House in Bentonville. He was born Nov. 26, 1965, in Freeport, Texas, to Rosemary Ornelas and John Wayne Martin.

He was an avid golfer, he enjoyed spending quality time with his grandchildren and enjoyed going to garage sales. He had lived in the northwest Arkansas area for more than 17 years after moving from Texas.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his mother, Rosemary Martin of Rogers; one son, John Martin and his wife, Tiffany, of Centerton; three daughters, Brooke Hitt and her husband, Luke, of Rogers, McKenzie Stanley and her husband, Brandon, of Pea Ridge, and Chealsey Candanoza and her husband, Craig, of Bentonville; one brother, Rick Martin of Bella Vista; one sister, Rita Martin of Rogers; nine grandchildren; and four nephews.

Visitation was 9-10 a.m. Saturday at New Hope Assembly of God Church in Rogers.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Saturday with David Austin officiating.

Interment was in Rogers Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Jason Sabine, Stephen Sabine, Rick Martin, John Martin, Tim Martin and Nick Martin.

Memorials may be sent to the family to assist with funeral expenses.

John Michael Musico

John Michael Musico, 62, of Pea Ridge, died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014. He was born June 17, 1952, in Oswego, N.Y., to James E. and Lela Torbitt Musico.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Thomas F Musico.

Survivors include his wife, Kimberly of Pea Ridge; three daughters, Angela Turner, Sarah Spear and Brianna Madrid; three brothers, James E. Musico (Loretta), Robert T. Musico and William T Musico; three sisters, Constance A. Fry (Richard), Gloria Musico, Marylou LaGoe and Joann Musico; and three grandchildren, Mitchell Turner, Sophia Turner and William Spear.

Memorial services will be held Thursday in Pea Ridge.

Arrangements are under the direction of Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Helen Louise Taylor

Helen Louise Taylor, 86, of Garfield, died Monday, Sept. 15, 2014. She was born on Feb. 20, 1928, in Rogers, Ark., and was a graduate of Rogers High School.

She was married on Nov. 7, 1952, to Owen Eugene Taylor in Bentonville, Ark. They lived in Garfield, Ark., on the Taylor family farm. She was a wonderful wife, mother and homemaker. She was an active member of First Baptist Church, Garfield, Ark., where she served as a Sunday school teacher for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Owen Eugene Taylor; her beloved daughter, Jeannie Strout of Rogers; her parents, Tony and Stella Fletcher of Pea Ridge; her two sisters, Jody Sigmon, Imanda Cunningham; and her brother, Tony Edward Fletcher Jr.

Survivors include her son-in-law, Bobby Strout of Rogers, Ark.; her granddaughter, April Strout, of Rogers, Ark.; her daughter, Lynda Maniscalco, son-in-law, Joe Maniscalco, and granddaughters, Grace and Elissabeth Maniscalco, all of Mobile, Ala.; two sisters-in-law, Juanita Gilliam of Anderson, Mo., and Vivian Pitts of Garfield, Ark.; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was 6-8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, at First Baptist Church of Garfield, Ark., with the Rev. Tony Byler officiating.

Graveside services followed at Ruddick Cemetery.

Arrangements were under the care of Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.

Paul Neal Vanhook

Paul Neal Vanhook, 70, of Bentonville, died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014. He was born in Rogers on Feb. 10, 1944, to Cleland Paul and Juanita Brammer Vanhook.

He was a longtime over-the-road truck driver who loved to hunt, fish, fix cars and solve "the world's problems" while "holding court" at a local coffee shop. He was known for his willingness to help others and his generosity.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Velma Vanhook in 2007; his daughter, Lara Vanhook and a brother, Lee Vanhook.

Survivors include four sons, Scott Vanhook of Bentonville, Jason Vanhook of Cave Springs, Clinton (Jennifer) Vanhook of Pea Ridge and Jim Brown of Rogers; a sister, Lucy (Bill) Sharp of War Eagle; a brother, Steve Vanhook of Oklahoma City; 10 grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren.

Visitation was 6-8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22, in the chapel of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, in the chapel with interment following in Rambo Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the care of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.

Becky Jo Warner

Becky Jo Warner, 68, of Garfield, died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. She was born Dec. 4, 1945, at Rogers, to Walter Lee Cotton and Betty Jean Stover Cotton.

She was a line supervisor for Tyson Foods for 24 years. She enjoyed cooking and teaching Sunday School. She was a member of Believers Full Gospel Fellowship in Washburn, Mo., where she taught all ages in Sunday School, most recently the primary children.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Richard Riley Warner of the home; father, Walter Lee Cotton of Seligman, Mo.; mother, Betty Phillips of Seligman, Mo.; two daughters, Pamela Johnson of Golden, Mo., and Terry Rusher and husband Delmer of Rogers; three brothers, Johnny Cotton and wife Betty of Garfield, Douglas Cotton and Steve of Bella Vista and Roy Cotton and Jamie of Pea Ridge; four sisters, Mary Skelton and husband Harold, Connie Hendrix and husband Danny Joe, and Peggy Parker and husband Lenard all of Seligman, and Tammy Cotton of Seattle, Wash.; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, at the church.

Service is set for 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, at Believers Full Gospel Fellowship in Washburn.

Burial will be at Ruddick Cemetery.
