Thursday, Oct. 2

8:50 a.m. Police arrested Lewis Gillum, 45, Pea Ridge, a delinquent level 2 sex offender for failure to verify his residency. Gillum had not changed address on driver's license, had been working out of state, moved from his registered address in Rogers to Pea Ridge without notifying either communities' police departments and was warned in May 2014.

11:23 a.m. A resident of C Street, Rogers, reported her wallet was stolen out of a closed, unlocked vehicle on Oct. 1 in Pea Ridge at a residence on Baker Street. At 8:54 p.m. on Oct. 2, police were dispatched to contact a resident of Baker Street who reported finding a red wallet in the grass. The wallet matched the description of the one stolen the previous day.

4:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to Dollar General store for a report of shoplifting.

Friday, Oct. 3

1:35 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on McCulloch Street for a possible disturbance and were told two males were outside the residence yelling at each other. At that point, both men returned to the house and refused to open the door. Police were dispatched to the same residence an hour later for another disturbance, at which time they arrested Thomas Caleb Killman, 21, and Anthony Curtis Wayne Fine, 21, both of Pea Ridge, and both for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

1:15 p.m. While on patrol, noticed garage door of residence on Richards Street ajar; they found evidence of a break-in, but nothing missing.

Sunday, Oct. 5

1:07 p.m. A residence of Hickman Drive reporting finding a small dog at his home that would not go away. It was taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

8:47 p.m. Police were asked to assist BCSO in taking a level 4 sex offender into custody at a residence on Boundary Line Road, Garfield. When police and deputies arrived, residents at the house argued and scuffled with police. As a result of the incident, deputies arrested Randal Ward, 50, Garfield.

10:12 p.m. A resident of Blair Circle complained that children in the residence were "doing drugs." As a result of the investigation, a 17-year-old male was cited for possession by consumption. He was released to one of his parents and given no trespass warning for house on Blair Circle.

6:15 p.m. Dispatched to John W. Montgomery Circle where police were told, a young boy was choking a cat and striking a tree with the cat. As a result of the investigation, police determined the accusation was not true.
