Brightwater United Methodist, Garfield

Brightwater United Methodist Church hosts a senior citizen lunch at 11:30 a.m. every Thursday. Dinners are $3; they are prepared at the Bentonville Senior Center and taken to the church located at 14108 E. U.S. Hwy. 62, between Garfield and Avoca.

Reservations are needed. Call 479-359-3772 no later than Wednesday. All are welcome.

First Baptist Church, Garfield

A leadership luncheon is set for Nov. 9.

Team Kid meets on Wednesdays. Wednesday, Nov. 12, is Soda Pop Night.

The church Thanksgiving dinner is set for Sunday, Nov. 23. The church will provide turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, bread and drinks. Each family is asked to bring side dishes and/or deserts.

The church offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 27, and Friday, Nov. 28, in observance of Thanksgiving.

New Prospect Baptist Church, Garfield

United Methodist Church, Pea Ridge

The Fall Bazaar opens at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 7, at the Pea Ridge United Methodist Church.

Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The chicken tetrazzini dinner, including sweet potatoes, green beans and homemade pie, is $7. Carry-outs are available. Delivery will be available to group orders.

Call 451-1616 from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Nov. 6, or before 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 7, for delivery.

There will be homemade crafts and baked goods available at the bazaar.

Westside Baptist Church

"Discipleship 101" classes Bible study is at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday nights at 6:30 pm. Anyone is invited to participate.

Bella Vista Christian Church welcomes new pastor Joe Williams to the community. He will give a message from the fall series "Unleashed: Acts That Change the World." KidTown is held for children birth -- fifth grade during both services with the student ministry meeting at 10:45 a.m.

Tuesday morning women's Bible study is held each week at 9:30 a.m. Men's "33" study is offered at 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

Ninth -- 12th-grade students will attend "The Event" at worship conference at Ozark Christian College Nov. 7-8.
