Monday, June 9

8:30 p.m. Police took a report of a one-vehicle accident from April Branson, 35, Bella Vista, who told police she was westbound on East Pickens Road when her vehicle hydro-planed and she landed in the ditch.

Tuesday, June 10

8:41 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on O.D. Bancroft for a disturbance. It was determined there was no disturbance.

Wednesday, June 11

8:27 p.m. Police were dispatched to E-Z Mart for a disturbance involving two males, one of whom reportedly ran over the other man's cat on Cherry Street.

Thursday, June 12

4:29 p.m. Police issued a citation to Tasha Jessen, 27, Pea Ridge, for dog at large that was picked up near It'll Do Road on June 4.

6:05 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Eagle Crest for a residential alarm; there were no signs of forced entry. The residence was found to be secure.

Friday, June 13

7 a.m. Police received a criminal mischief report on a residence on Baker Street for a house that was egged.

4:21 p.m. Police were dispatched to Pea Ridge Primary School for a hallway motion alarm. A teacher was found on the premises.

Saturday, June 14

12:48 a.m. As the result of a traffic stop, police arrested Milton Jacob Dick, 44, Bella Vista, for DWI.

Monday, June 16

6 p.m. A resident of Jones Lane reported a woman harassing him and "flipping him off" when she sees him. Police spoke to the suspect who said she would continue to harass the man for "what he did to her" previously. The report has been forwarded to the Benton County Prosecutor's office for harassment charges.

Tuesday, June 17

12:35 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Baker Street for a suspicious circumstance. The residents reported that their dogs barked and then they heard a tapping noise on the front door. One of the residents went outside from another door and saw an unidentified white male run away from the door into the ravine nearby.

12:40 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Hickman Drive for a sexual assault report. As a result of the investigation, Joshua Courtney, 31, was arrested for felony rape.
