Pea Ridge SummerLunch Program set
The Pea Ridge Summer lunch program is from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Pea Ridge Primary School.. There are no income requirements, and any child under age 18 may come to eat.
The program runs until Friday July 25.
Pea Ridge School District will also be providing transportation from scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations.
The schedule for pick-up and drop off is as follows:
• Givens subdivision - park near corner of D.J. Duvall Drive and South Harvey Wakefield Avenue; 10:45 -- 11:30 a.m.
• Standing Oaks subdivision - corner of Charles Street and Humphrey Street near swimming pool; 10:50 -- 11:25 a.m.
• Kids Academy Daycare - corner of South Davis Street and Lee Town Drive in parking lot; 11:15 -- 11:55 a.m.
• Battlefield Estates subdivision - corner of Washburn Drive and Choate Place Circle; 11:10 -- 11:55 a.m.
• Windmill Estates subdivision - corner of Lynn Drive and Carr Street; 11:15 -- 11:50 a.m.
• Maple Glen subdivision - corner of Oakley Street and Chitwood Street; 11:35 a.m. -- 12:10 p.m.
• Summit Meadows subdivision - turnaround on Daniel Street at entrance to subdivision; 11:40 a.m. -- 12:15 p.m.
Veteran's Cookout
A Veterans Appreciate cookout is slated for 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 7, for veterans and their families at Pea Ridge City Park.
