Thursday, May 22

8 a.m. Police took a report of a two-vehicle accident involving a vehicle driven by Brandi Hager, 17, Bentonville, and a vehicle owned by Roberta or Douglas Foltz, Pea Ridge. According to the report, Hagar was attempting to park in her assigned spot at school when she bumped a parked vehicle.

Tuesday, May 27

9:08 a.m. A school official reported finding a large amount of blood on the sidewalk, doors and walls of the north side of the office building.

3:30 p.m. A school official reported vandalism in the girls' bathroom near the gym lobby involving profane writing on the walls of the stalls with what appeared to be human feces. Again on Thursday, May 29, a similar incident was discovered.

Wednesday, May 28

4:40 p.m. While on patrol, police saw a brown Boxer and a Husky running loose. The dogs were caught and taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic. The dogs' owner contacted police to pick up his dogs. He, Trevin Tripodi, 23, Pea Ridge, was cited for dog at large twice.

2:14 p.m. A resident of Lynn Drive reported being harassed by his neighbor. He reported the neighbor threatened his son the previous night.

4:40 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on North Ark. Hwy. 94 in reference to Pit Bulls. The owner of the dogs said he had picked up his dog that had been quarantined and he said he was keeping his dogs contained.

6:54 p.m. A resident of Lee Town Drive reported she was walking her dog when a "huge dog" ran at her. Police were unable to contact the owner of the dog.

9:47 p.m. Police were notified by Arkansas State Police concerning a Hotline report about the welfare of a 2-month-old child; the complaint was determined to be unfounded.

10:51 p.m. A resident of Baker Street reported suspicious circumstances involving someone driving in circles around the subdivision. The reporting party said someone rang their doorbell and egged the back of the residence.

Thursday, May 29

11 a.m. A school official reported vandalism involving a door window broken.

5:19 p.m. A resident of Wade Lane reported trespassing involving two men on bicycles who had come to her door.

8:36 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Hayden Road for a runaway juvenile; the reporting party said a juvenile female had "run off with some boys" in a blue pickup truck after being told she could not leave. The girl was found and returned home.

9:30 p.m. During a routine business check, police found an open door at Pea Ridge Elementary School.

Friday, May 30

12:13 a.m. During a routine business check, police found an open door at the Pea Ridge High School.

11:30 a.m. A resident of Bella Vista reported his vehicle was parked at the Pea Ridge Fire Department and, upon returning to his vehicle, found the rear window on his vehicle shattered, apparently by a rock thrown by a mower.

8:22 p.m. Police were notified by dispatch that a "camo backpack" was found on the side of the road that had wires coming out of it hooked to a metal box. It was determined that the bag belonged to ArkUps.

Saturday, May 31

11:45 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Humphrey Street concerning a suspicious circumstance complaint involving someone banging on the door after 11 p.m. the previous night.

5:21 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Slack Street for an agency assist involving checking a residence because of an alarm call. The front door was unlocked but closed. Nothing appeared to be disturbed. Police were unable to locate the owner.

11:50 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Zachary Paul Rose, 26, Pea Ridge, for driving on a suspended driver's license.

Sunday, June 1

3:33 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Hickman Drive for a report of sexual assault and aggravated assault allegations. A complainant reported sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl and that an adult provided the child with beer. The girl and a 10-year-old boy were taken to Children's Advocacy Center for interviews. The girl refused to talk about the incident. As a result of the investigation, Larry N. Rust, 46, Pea Ridge, was arrested for aggravated assault, second-degree false imprisonment and social host. He was booked into the Benton County Jail.

4:07 p.m. Police were dispatched to White Oak Station for a disturbance between a mother and daughter. When contacted, the women said they had argued but neither wished to press charges.

4:15 p.m. A deacon from Westside Baptist Church reported repeated burglaries. According to the report, a white male was in the church before 5 a.m. The incident is under investigation.

8:17 p.m. Police were asked to pick up Kenneth Lewis, 35, Pea Ridge, who had been released from Benton County Jail despite a white warrant. Lewis was picked up and transported to the Benton County Jail.

9:24 p.m. While on routine patrol, police located an open door on the Neighborhood Market. Nothing appeared to be disturbed.
