6:20 p.m. A resident of Captain Good Street reported finding a dog in her yard; the dog was picked up and taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.
Tuesday, Dec. 24
2:33 p.m. A resident of Oakley Street reported she was locked out of her house by her husband. Police determined it was a civil issue and assisted in attempting to help the woman retrieve items for her child.
Wednesday, Dec. 25
6:14 p.m. A resident of Eddie Bone Road reported a vehicle stolen from a residence on McCulloch Street. The vehicle is a black two-door 1995 Eagle Talon.
Thursday, Dec. 26
11:35 a.m. Police received a report of a sexual assault involving an 11-year-old girl from the previous day.
4 p.m. A resident of John W. Montgomery Circle reported that her grandchild was left with a registered sex offender in violation of a court order. It was determined that the issue was a civil matter.
Friday, Dec. 27
3:03 a.m. A resident of Drew Lane reported a neighbor's dog had been barking for the past hour. Police were unsuccessful in contacting the owners of the dog.
8:15 a.m. A resident of Todd Circle reported a barking dog. Police observed a dog barking without provocation but were unable to contact the residents.
9:22 p.m. A resident of St. Clair Street reported a neighbor had entered her garage and would not leave. The woman went to the house numerous times during the day. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Vanessa Barrett, 24, Pea Ridge, for public intoxication and issued her a no trespass warning.
Saturday, Dec. 28
3:59 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Charles Street for a disturbance in progress. Police talked with the couple who agreed for one to leave the residence temporarily.
6:17 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Richard Street for a suspicious circumstance and medical call. As a result of the investigation, police cited William D. Stettenbez, 41, Eureka Springs, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
