Brightwater United Methodist, Garfield

Brightwater United Methodist Church hosts a senior citizen lunch at 11:30 a.m. every Thursday. Dinners are $3; they are prepared at the Bentonville Senior Center and taken to the church located at 14108 E. U.S. Hwy. 62, between Garfield and Avoca.

Reservations are needed. Call 479-359-3772 no later than Wednesday. All are welcome.

Boundless Grace Baptist

Little Flock

There will be two worship services at Boundless Grace Baptist Church -- worship service will be at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Sunday school will meet at 10:05 a.m.

Pea Ridge Free Will Baptist Church

December Happenings

The third Friday night fellowship of area Free Will Baptist churches will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19, at the Pea Ridge FWBC. Bro. Jerry Sadler will preach.

The youth of the church will be in charge of the Sunday night service on Sunday, Dec. 21. There will be a guest preacher; the service begins at 6 p.m.

First Baptist Church, Garfield

First Baptist is located at 17784 Marshall St., Garfield. Phone number is 359-3496.

Team Kid meets on Wednesdays.

The church offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 27, and Friday, Nov. 28, in observance of Thanksgiving.

First Baptist Church, Pea Ridge

Mothers Day Out enrollment for fall 2014 is open. Call the church at 451-8192 to register.

Mothers Day Out has an opening for a teaching position.

Freedom Free Will Baptist Church, Garfield

There will be a Christmas program at 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 21, in the Freedom Free Will Baptist Church, 13405 Perry Rd., Garfield. Everyone is cordially invited to attend.

Westside Baptist Church

There will be a Children's Christmas Play at 6 p.m. Dec. 14, at Westside Baptist Church, 1348 Weston St. We would love to have visitors and welcome them to our service.

"Discipleship 101" classes Bible study is at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday nights at 6:30 pm. Anyone is invited to participate.

Bella Vista Christian Church

"The Road to Bethlehem" will be the Christmas series on Sundays at the 9 and 10:45 a.m. services. KidTown for children (birth -- fifth grade) will be open at both the services, with the student ministries (sixth -- 12th grades) meeting at 10:45 a.m.

Christmas Highlights:

The Women's Ministry will host a Mugs, Muffins 'N Mittens on at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, in the Atrium. Everyone is asked to bring a sweet treat to share, a mug and pair of new mittens. These will be given to Cooper Elementary school.

The Children's Ministries will present the musical "Dude, You Hear What I hear?" at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14.

The Men's Ministry will host a Christmas party for guys of all ages at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16.

A live, interactive outdoor nativity will be open on the campus from 4-8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 21. Come by and experience the Christmas story with costumed Bible characters; pet and feed the live animals. New addition this year will be live camels and the wise men. There is no cost to the event.

Two Family Christmas Eve services will be held on Christmas Even, Dec. 24. Services will be at 5 and 7 p.m.; and both services will have communion and. candle lights

A Christmas Day Dinner will be held on at noon Thursday, Dec. 25. RSVP on church website.
