Justin Collins was awarded Firefighter of the Year by Pea Ridge Fire Chief Jamie Baggett at the annual Fire Department Christmas dinner Saturday.
Pea Ridge Fire Chief Jamie Baggett presented a plaque and award to former fire chief Frank Rizzio, honored for his 24 years of service. Rizzio retired Nov. 30.
