A Garfield man’s criminal case will be dismissed if he makes restitution in connection with the theft of cattle.
Roger Martin, 44, is charged with theft of cattle from Decatur Livestock Auction, but will not face any criminal charges if he does not commit any new criminal offenses, maintains good behavior during the diversion period and pays $1,108 in restitution to the Benton County Circuit Clerk. The money will be forwarded to the auction.
