OBITUARIES: Pea Ridge

— Peggy Jo “PJ” Boak, 42, of Rogers, died Aug. 14, 2012. She was born Oct. 6, 1969, in Huntington, W.Va.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Corla Mae Hamlin Moore, and a sister, Wynette Marie Moore.

Survivors include her husband, Joseph Curtis Boak; children, Samantha and Steven Boak; father, Delmar Dale Moore Jr.;

siblings, Eddie Ray Moore of Avoca, Delmar Dale Moore III of Harrison, Barbara Ann Turner of Rogers and Dianna Dawn Hayes of West Plains, Mo.;

and 12 nieces and nephews.

Private graveside service was at Twelve Corners Cemetery.

David Bradley

David R. Bradley, 64, of Pea Ridge, died with his family at his side on Aug.

17, 2012.

He was born Feb.

4, 1948, in Lockport, N.Y., to Russell and Leah (Krupp) Bradley.

He married Augusta (Gus) (Schonback) Bradley on April 26, 1974. They were married for 38 years.

Mr. Bradley enjoyed retirement living in Pea Ridge for 11 years. In 1967, he went into the U.S. Navy as a machinist on the USS Intrepid. His greatest accomplishments were his loving family and friends.

He was an avid NASCAR fan and collector of antique cars, and enjoyed many carshows and races.

He retired in 1997 after 30 years as a machinist at General Motors in Lockport, N.Y. He was a 1967 graduate of Newfane Central School, enjoyed his class reunions and was a member of the Wilson Historical Society.

He was preceded by his parents; his brother, Tom (Carol) Bradley, and brother-in-law, Don Drake of Newfane, N.Y.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; his daughter, Gretchen Bowen and husband Britt, of Lincoln, Ark.; sons Jason Bradley, of Bella Vista, and Chris Redman of Seligman, Mo.; a grandson, Evan Bowen and his loving dog “Ruthie”; sisters, Nancy Drake and Fay Langdon of Newfane, N.Y.; brother, Robert Bradley and wife Brenda of Tucson, Ariz.;

and several nieces and nephews and dear friends.

Family members will memorialize David’s memory in private. By his wishes, his mortal remains were willed to the Department of Anatomy of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock, Ark., under the direction of Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.

Honey Lee

Honey Lee, 48, of Garfield, died Saturday, Aug.

18, 2012, at her home. She was born March 21, 1964, in Santa Anna, Calif., to Lovella Fern Allred Rush and Gordon Leroy Wagner.

She enjoyed cooking and shopping. She had livedin the northwest Arkansas area since 1964.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Clarence Wagner.

Survivors include her mother, Lovella Fern Allred Rush and Gordon Leroy Wagner; one son, Douglas Gordon Lee of Rogers; two daughters, Crystal Ilene Lee of Rogers and Amber Skye Reed of Garfield; two brothers, Johnny Leroy Wagner and his wife, Patricia of Huntsville and David Ray Reed of Watts, Okla.; three sisters, Mary Ellen Gilly and her husband, Billy Joe, of Springdale, Ark., Carolyn Lovella Bowman of Springdale and Debra Lynn Poplin of Lincoln;

her loving companion, caregiver and friend, ScottFierner; and many friends and neighbors and her dog, Cleo.
