PEA RIDGE — One City Council seat in Pea Ridge and all Gateway council seats are contested. Three Garfield seats and two Little FLock seats are contested. In Avoca, none of the council seats are contested.
In Pea Ridge, Mitzi Taylor has filed for the Ward 2, position 1 seat currently held by Steve Guthrie.
In Gateway, Don Deckard, Carol Frost, Sharon Barnett, Shaneon Warford and Robert Lee Jackson have each filed to run against the incumbents.
The election is set for Nov. 6.
