Monthly singing set for Saturday

BUNKER HILL, Mo. - The monthly singing at Bunker Hill is set for 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, at the Bunker Hill Community Building.

There will be a potluck dessert/finger food table.

Visitors are encouraged to bring their favorite things to snack on to share. Bill Conaway from Anderson will head the evening’sevent. He and several musicians sing and play. Those who enjoy listening to several people sing and/or play an instrument on a variety of music, are welcome to come to Bunker Hill this Saturday. Visitors who want to sing or play an instrument, are invited come and share their talents.

Bunker’s annual singing and auction will be heldat 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19.

Jamey Cope will provide the music for the evening and then will auction some baked goods and handmade items. There will be pies and cakes for Thanksgiving and handmade items for Christmas gifts.

The Bunker Hill Quilt Club is still hand-quilting for the public. Those who want something quiltedmay bring it on any Thursday. We also have several baby quilts and two larger quilts that are for sale along with other handmade items.

Bunker Hill Community Building is located five miles north of Pineville, Mo., on Missouri Highway W or 5 miles east of Anderson on Missouri Highway 76 to State Hwy. W.
