Police served three warrants:

◊Aaron Looney, 19, Bella Vista, failure to appear.

◊Cristian Hernandez, 22, Pea Ridge, failure to appear.

◊Jennifer Lankford, 28, Garfield, contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Other incidents include: Monday, May 9

8:30 a.m. Spoke to individual at police department about her windshield damaged by rocks thrown up by another vehicle on Hwy. 265.

Tuesday, May 10

10 a.m. Took a report of harassing communications by phone. Police contacted caller and advised to stop or charges would be pursued.

3:10 p.m. Dispatched to a disturbance on Weston Street. Both parties were separated, no arrest made.

3:30 p.m. While at city court, arrested Kami Payton, 23, of Rogers, for contempt.

Wednesday, May 11

12:30 a.m. Dispatched to residence on St. Clair Street for a verbal disturbance. Police spoke to a party at the residence, she advised her husband had left the scene.

8:30 a.m. Dispatched to Lindsay Street for two dogs at large. Dogs were transported to Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

Thursday, May 12

6 a.m. Took a report from a resident at the police department of harassment.

Friday, May 13

7:10 a.m. Dispatched to a residence on E. Watie Street for a suspicious circumstance. Police determined the individual was having medical issues and contacted her mother.

11 a.m. Received a call from Pea Ridge Middle School about two truant individuals. School called back at 3 p.m.

to notify police the individuals were boarding the school bus to go home.

3:35 p.m. Two vehicle motor-vehicle accident at Ark. Hwy. 72 and Johnson Hollow Road involving Cody Barrios, 17, of Pea Ridge, and Derek Glentz, 25, of Springdale. No injuries, no citations.

7:30 p.m. Took a report at the policedepartment from a 45-year-old female in reference to sexual assault by her supervisor at her place of employment.

Incident is under investigation.

Saturday, May 14

6:53 a.m. Dispatched to alarm call atTobacco Station on S. Curtis Avenue.

Police secured the scene.

8:15 a.m. Dispatched to an alarm call at Pea Ridge Middle School. Upon arrival, police found school employees entering the building and secured the scene.

11:50 a.m. Police were requested to perform a welfare check on a newborn baby at a residence on W. Pickens, due to no one answering the phone. Police checked residence and the baby was fine.

12:44 p.m. Requested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office to assist with an attempted suicide.

2:30 p.m. Dispatched to a residence on Zachary Street for a disturbance.

Arrested Cristian Hernandez, 22, of Pea Ridge, for domestic battery 3.

Sunday, May 15

3:30 p.m. Dispatched to King’s Lane apartments for six to ten children fighting throughout the complex. While conducting the investigation, police charged Sonya Wolfinbarger, 27, of Pea Ridge, with obstructing governmental operations, and arrested Bradley Faught, 30, of Pea Ridge, for obstructing governmental operations, along with warrants out of Rogers and Carroll County.

5:17 p.m. Dispatched to Richards Street for a physical disturbance that led to the arrest of David Sharpe, 20, of Springdale, for public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

6:30 p.m. Dispatched to suspicious circumstance and possible vandalism to a vehicle on John W. Montgomery Circle. The residence was put on extra patrol.

7 p.m. An individual reported lost or stolen property from vehicle.

7:15 p.m. Dispatched to alarm at Pea Ridge High School. Representative arrived, police secured the building.

Persons from northeast Benton County booked into the Benton County Jail this week include: Friday, May 13

◊Michael Terry Homer, 50, of 11541 Gainer in Garfield, was arrested for drunken, insane or disorderly persons.

He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $1,000.

Sunday, May 15

◊Travis Allen Wiltgen, 24, of 2380 WMB Franklin, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of prescription without script and public intoxication.
