Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin Bread

From kitchen of Anita Doss, Rogers

3 1/2 c. flour

3 c. sugar

4 eggs

3/4 c. oil

3/4 c. water

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. allspice

1/2 tsp. ground cloves

1 can pumpkin

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. soda

1 tsp. baking powder

2 c. raisins, optional

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake for one hour at 350° or until toothpick comes out clean.
