◊12/1 Tracy Ellison, 42, Pea Ridge, contempt failure to pay fines and costs

◊12/1 Travis Schmalz, 24, Bentonville, served with terroristic threatening as a result of a report from Nov. 27 from a 19-year-old male reporting harrasing telephone calls

◊12/2 Lacy Montgomery, 28, Rogers, fraudulent use of a credit card as the result of an investigation into credit card charges at two stores in Pea Ridge on a resident of Innisfree. Montgomery was an employee of Innisfree.

◊12/3 Mario Hernandez, 26, Pea Ridge, failure to appear

Monday, Nov. 28

8:26 a.m. Theft reported by a resident on Greer Street reporting that a 12-gauge shotgun was missing from the home.The man reported that cash had also been discovered missing a few weeks ago, but not reported.

10:12 a.m. Criminal mischief reported by a 55-year-old male resident of East Harris Street saying that someone had apparently stretched a water hose across their driveway and turned on the water while they were out of town, running up their water bill and flooding their yard.

Tuesday, Nov. 29

5:15 p.m. Norma Jean Alverson, Pineville, Mo., reported she was northbound on South Curtis Avenue near Sugar Creek when she hit a deer damaging her 2009 Chevrolet Aveo.

7:33 p.m. A reckless driver was reported on Ark. Hwy. 72 near Greer Street. Police located the vehicle, followed it and did not observe any reckless behavior.

8:30 p.m. A resident of Farrell Street reported two males claiming to be with a digital dish network service at her door and seeking access to her home.

Police were unable to locate the men.

11:11 p.m. Alarm, Pea Ridge High School, the building was secure.

Wednesday, Nov. 30

3 p.m. A caller reported that a German Shepherd was running loose on Jenks Court. Police picked up the dog and took it to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic. At 4:15 p.m. Myron Seastrom, 55, Pea Ridge, reported his German Shephard missing. When he went to the Vet Clinic to pick up his dog, he was informed he would have to have a current rabies vaccination. Seastrom was citedfor dog at large.

8:15 p.m. A resident on Richards Street reported that two men had come to the home about 9 p.m. the previous night (11/29) claiming to work for a digital dish network service. Upon investigation, police discovered the men did have a current business license.

Thursday, Dec. 1

11:40 a.m. A resident on Charles Street reported dogs at large.The dog was taken tothe Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. at 4:30 p.m. the owner, Rodrigo Martinez, 29, Pea Ridge, was located and cited for dog at large.

11:55 a.m. A counselor from War Eagle Camp reported that a juvenile male from Pea Ridge reported that his uncle, who lives with him, had shown him illegal drugs.

3 p.m. A resident of an apartment on East Pickens Street reported hearing a verbal disturbance. Upon investigation, police found a couple yelling at one another.The man reported he was hard of hearing and that they were arguing and agreed to be more quiet.

3:15 p.m. A physical disturbance was reported at Pea Ridge high School involving two males - ages 16 and 17 - cursing and yelling at a teacher and the principal.

Friday, Dec. 2

11:25 p.m. A resident of South Curtis Avenue reported that her 19-year-old grandson had received threatening phone calls; she said the suspect was driving past the house. Police located the vehicle, stopped it and, after an investigation, arrested John W. Pursley, 19, Bentonville, for minor in possession and public intoxication, and took him to the Benton County Jail.The driver of the vehicle, Cody Barrios, 17, Pea Ridge, was arrested for DUI and minor in possession and released to his parents, per advise of a juvenile probation officer.

Saturday, Dec. 3

9:20 a.m. Alarm, Pea Ridge middle School, the building was secure.

9 p.m. Received a report from an employee at McDonalds that two customers were yelling and cursing at the employees. Police cited Gregory Chase, 21, and Michael Chase, 23, both of Lowell, for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

9:03 p.m. A resident of Hickman Road reported two male dogs - a Golden Retreiver and black lab - were running around his yard, where his female dog was enclosed. Police were unable to locate the dogs.

Sunday, Dec. 4

7:20 a.m. A resident of John W. Montgomery Circle reported his 2002 Kia Sedona missing from the carport.

He reported the keys had been left inside the unlocked vehicle. At 10 p.m., someone reported the vehicle abandoned on Sugar Creek Road west of Ark. Hwy. 94. The vehicle was damaged. It was towed.

9:45 a.m. A resident of Hickman Drive reported two male dogs - a Golden Retreiver and black lab - were running around his yard, where his female dog was enclosed. Police were unable to locate the dogs.

5:48 pm. A resident requested police check the welfare of her 15-year-old daughter who was in the custody of her father in Pea Ridge. Police made contact with the girl and determined she was fine.

8:19 p.m. Assisted Benton County Sheriff’s deputies with an accident from which two people fled and one was reported to be carrying a rifle.

The suspects were located and apprehended. As a result, Eddy Joe Davis,43, Seligman, Mo., was arrested for DWI, possession of firearms by a felon, refusal to submit and a Little Flock warrant for failure to appear. Sheriff’s deputies also arrested Brian Davis, 22, of Reed Springs, Mo. Pea Ridge Police transported one of the passengers, Nathan Bland, to his residence on Easterling Road.

Monday, Dec. 5

4:48 a.m. Assisted State Police with traffic control at an accident on Arkansas Hwy. 72 at Blue Jay Road.

6:01 a.m. Alarm at Pea Ridge High School, a bus driver said he had not been able to shut off the alarm before it activated.
