PEA RIDGE — Arkansas Favorites Cookbook Recipes, Parks and Places
1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 c. raisins
1 medium red onion
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
3 strips bacon, crumbled after cooking
Dressing:
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbl. tarragon vinegar
Cut vegetables into really small bite-sized pieces.
Mix the dressing ingredients together (stir well). Add dressing to other ingredients and store in airtight container. Will keep well in refrigerator for a week or more.
