Other incidents include: Monday, Jan. 18

3:26 p.m. Assisted the Juvenile Probation Office in picking up a 17-year-old white make from a residence on Greenwood Court, whose probation was revoked. He was transported to Juvenile Detention Center.

Tuesday, Jan. 19

2 p.m. Received a report of a possibly intoxicated person at Dollar General Store, Slack Street. Melissa Kapner, 39, Gravette, was arrested for public intoxication.

12:48 p.m. Received a call from the principal of Pea Ridge High School about two white male students who left the school without permission. Checked several locations searching for the youths and were then informed they were picked up by an uncle and returned home.

2:30 p.m. Contacted by the Eureka Springs Police Department for assistance in serving a felony warrant from Carroll County. Michael Wegrzyn, 42, of Pea Ridge, was arrested for improper operation of a vitalfacility and purposely, knowingly or recklessly polluting water or air of the state.

Friday, Jan. 22

3:45 a.m. Responded to a report of a physical disturbance on Schrader Road. Spoke to a woman who said the man living with her had left after an argument.The incident is under investigation.

7:25 a.m. A two-vehicle accident on West Pickens Road in the area of Greene Street involving Clayton Starner, 16, of Garfield, and Judy France, 60, of Pea Ridge. Starner was cited for driving left of center.There were no injuries reported.

8:40 p.m. As the result of a traffic stop on Pickens and St. Claire streets, arrested William Cunningham, 44, of Seligman, Mo., for DWI and driving on a suspended driver’s license.

Sunday, Jan. 24

5:15 p.m. A two-vehicle accident at Pickens Street and Hayden Road involving John Leak, 85, of Seligman, Mo., and Dane Connell, 17, Pea Ridge. There were no injuries reported or citations issued.

11:11 p.m. A traffic stop on South Curtis Avenue at West Harris Street resulted in the arrest of Timothy Gall, 21, of Rogers, for driving on a suspended driver’s license, suspended for DWI.
