Skylar Knoll of Washburn, Mo., was honored with the privilege of serving as a Student Ambassador in the People to People program. This program was started by Dwight D. Eisenhower and has been around for 53 years. Their mission statement is “To bridge cultural and political borders through education exchange, making the world a better place for future generations.” Knoll has been selected to travel to six countries in Europe this June as an Ambassador representing the state of Missouri.
