— Kevin Tony Bray

Kevin Tony Bray, 45, of Pea Ridge, died Wednesday, Nov. 11, in Powell, Mo.

He was born Oct. 2, 1964, in Carthage, Mo., to Ronald and Janice Bray.

He worked for Beaver Water District as an operator for 23 years and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Regina Bray of Bentonville, Ark.; his parents, Ronald and Janice Bray of Pea Ridge; a sister, Lee Ann Samons and husband, John, of Loranger, La.; and two sons, Nick Neukam and wife, Cassie, of Gateway, and Mitchell Neukam of Bentonville.

A graveside service was held Friday, Nov. 13, at Pea Ridge Cemetery with brother Ed Wilson officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Sisco Funeral Home of PeaRidge.

Zadie Elizabeth Ezell, 5, of Russellville, Ark., died Friday, Nov. 13, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville. She was born July 16, 2004, to Jason and Michelle Fuller Ezell in Russellville.

She was a student in Jaci Livermore’s Kindergarten Class at London Elementary. Zadie enjoyed life to its fullest every day. She loved to sing, dance, read and to participate in gymnastics and cheerleading. One of her favorite memories was snow skiing with her family and friends at Copper Mountain, Colo. She was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church where she enjoyed her Sunday school class and she was a member of AWANA at First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her parents, Jason and Michelle Ezell; her paternal grandparents, Don and Carolyn (Greene) Ezell (formerly of Pea Ridge) of Russellville;

maternal grandparents, Rickey and Dottie Fuller of Atkins. Ark.; maternal great-grandmother, Jean Roberts of Atkins; and an uncle, Will Fuller of Russellville.

A special children’s visitation was held Tuesday at First Free Will Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov.

18, at First Free Will Baptist Church in Russellville with pastors Blaine Rogers and Joel Lauckner officiating.

Burial will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park by Humphrey Funeral Service.

Pallbearers are Will Fuller, Rusty Russell, Philip Guthrie and T.J. Curtis.

Zadie’s parents have designated “all God’s little children” as honorary pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Zadie Elizabeth Ezell Memorial Trust Fund for “Children in Need,” c/o First Free Will Baptist Church, 1103 East L Street, Russellville, AR 72801.

Al Felkins

Al Felkins, 70, of Gravette, Ark., died Saturday, Nov. 14, at his home. He was born Dec. 11, 1938, at Chanute, Kan., to Altie Leo Felkins and Lois Ila Reed.

He served in the U.S.

Air Force, was a short haul truck driver and a member of Hiwasse Church of the Nazarene.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Melinda Graham; and one brother, Harold Felkins.

Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Felkins of the home; three sons, Allan Lynn Felkins of Siloam Springs, Ark., Kevin Lance Felkins of Bella Vista, Ark., and Randy Oliver of Missouri; one sister; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation was Tuesday, Nov. 17, at the funeral home.

Funeral service is set for 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov.

18, at Sisco Funeral Home Chapel in Pea Ridge.

Burial will be at Buttram Chapel Cemetery.

Eldine E. (Henry) Hartzmann

Eldine E. (Henry) Hartzmann, 85, of Rogers, Ark., formerly of Seligman, Mo., died Thursday, Nov. 5, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Ark. She was born Aug. 5, 1924, in Minneapolis, Minn., to Willard and Myrnea (Wood) Gifford.

Hartzmann grew up and received her education in Seligman. In 1970, she moved from Seligman to Rogers to make her home.

For 20 years she worked atTyson’s Poultry Plant as an inspector. She then worked 10 years at First Brands, retiring from there in 1992.

On Sept. 7, 1940, she married Walter Clyde Henry, who preceded her in death. Later she married Mel Hartzmann, who also preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by her parents;

two sons, Harry Henry and Glenn Henry; one grandson, Glenn Darrell Henry, Jr.; and a fiancé, Orville Lewis.

Survivors include three sons, Lee Henry of Rogers, Charlie Henry of Marionville, Mo., and Dewain Henry of Seligman; two daughters, Theresa Haynes of Seligman and Sheila Meeker of Rogers; one sister, Ardell Moen of Port Orchard, Wash.; 18 grandchildren; and 19 greatgrandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 9, in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville, Mo., with Wes Wallace officiating.

Burial was in King Cemetery, Seligman.

Debbie Noeltner

Debbie Noeltner, 49, of Rogers, Ark., died Friday, Nov. 13, at St. Johns Medical Center in Springfield, Mo.

She was born Dec. 17, 1959, in Springdale, Ark., to Elmer and Goldie Oskey.

Noeltner worked for the Wal-Mart Corporate Office for the past 12 years. She enjoyed traveling and especially spending time at her sons’ sporting events. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She was a member of St.

Vincent Catholic Church in Rogers.

She was preceded in death by one grandson, Jayden Tyler, and her father-in-law, Robert Noeltner.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Noeltner of the home; children, Stacey Gobble and Jason Rambo of Bentonville, Ark., Emily Tyler and husband, John Tyler, of Rogers; Colton Noeltner of the home and Alicia Noeltner of Conway, Ark.; parents, Elmer and Goldie Oskey of Rogers; mother-in-law, Gloria Noeltner of Fayetteville, Ark.; one brother, Lee Oskey and wife, Joan, of Pea Ridge; two grandchildren, Austin Rambo and Jaslynn Tyler; a niece, JudyFenton and husband, Steve Fenton; and two nephews, David Oskey and wife, Becky, and Chris Oskey and wife, Lisa.

Visitation was Monday, Nov. 16, at Rollins Funeral Home.

Services were held Tuesday, Nov. 17, at Rollins Funeral Home with chaplain Mark Golaway officiating.

Interment followed at Benton County Memorial Park.

There was a gathering of family and friends following the service at the National Guard Armory in Bentonville.

Katherine Tietjen

Katherine “Katie” Tietjen, 74, of Rogers, Ark., died Friday, Nov. 13, at a local health care facility. She was born Sept. 24, 1935, to Cary Anderson and Bessie Gibson Anderson.

She enjoyed her family and the times when they would gather together and she could cook meals with them. She was of the Christian faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eldro Theodore Jackson Holt; two brothers; and three sisters.

Survivors include one son, Eldro Jessie Holt of Rogers; five daughters, Brenda Schrik and husband, Chuck, of Rogers, Cody Marie Schneck and husband, Don, of Rogers, Mary Jenny McGarrah and husband, Rodney, of Garfield, Yvonne Slubowski and husband, Roger, of Rogers, Susan Holt of Rogers; one sister, Alice Presser of Springdale; nine grandchildren;

and 14 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, at Stillwell Cemetery east of Clarksville.

Memorials may be made in honor of Katherine Tietjen to Arkansas Children’s Hospital Foundation, 800 Marshall St., Little Rock, AR 72207.
