Taco Stew

From the kitchen of Annette Beard

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 med. onion, diced

1 15-oz can whole kernel corn

1 10-oz. can diced tomatoes & peppers (Rotel)

1 1 1/4-oz. pkg. taco seasoning

1 10-oz can tomato soup

1 c. water

Brown ground beef with onions, drain.

Combine all ingredients in pot or crock pot and cook on low to medium for about an hour.

Serve over tortilla chips and top with grated cheese.

Serves 4 to 6.
