Deviled eggs

Boiled, shelled eggs
1/2 - 1 C. mayonnaise
1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
2 Tbs. sour cream
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
Paprika for dusting
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Place yolks in bowl for mixing.
Mash yolks with fork or chopper. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
When right consistency, spoon into egg white halves and arrange on plate with lettuce garnish. Dust tops with paprika and watch them disappear.
