Gardening magazines are available

Hope you were able to get out and enjoy some of the very nice weather we experienced over the weekend. We are very thankful for the mild winter we have had so far. Work officially begins on the multi-purpose room this week.

We have moved, re-cycled, donated and given away things we had no use/need nor room for any more. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped with this project. You are angels and lifesavers. This is our first week of being open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Our Saturday hours remain 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

While we are not able to accept books at this time, we are accepting donations of DVDs. These are very popular with our patrons and many of our patrons have seen most of our collection. I am sure they would appreciate something new to choose from. We are still offering books for sale as well as some free books. There are a limited number of gardening related magazines in the free section. These would make for some good reading in case we get that snow in March that the Farmer's Almanac has predicted.

Remember, it will be noisy and dusty in the library for a few weeks but please excuse our mess. We will just refer to it as our growing pains. Please don't let this keep you from visiting us. See you at the library!

See you the library!
