Handweavers meeting
The Northwest Arkansas Handweavers Guild monthly meeting will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 8, at the Arts Center of the Ozarks at 214 S. Main St., Springdale. Learn about our news and activities, sharing of demonstrations and projects, and hospitality. Visitors are welcome and refreshments are served.
Seligman dance

Train Ride set
SELIGMAN, Mo. -- Seligman Spring Train Ride to Van Buren will be Saturday, May 17, and Sunday, May 18. It will be Arts and Craft days in Van Buren. This is an all day trip. The train will travel though the Boston Mountains.
Ticket prices are: $80 for adult, $72 for seniors over 65 years of age and $35 for children for first class, lower dome, caboose; $80 for upper dome ; and $60 for adult, $54 for seniors, $35 for children for vintage cars. For information, call 417-662-3612 or 662-3450.
Open Mic Night
SELIGMAN, Mo. -- The Seligman Open mic night will be at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 15, at the Seligman Chamber Event Center, Missouri Hwy. 37. Emcees will be Charlie Williams and Judy Holt. The public is invited to bring talent and instruments and enjoy the fun; admission is free.
