Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge Police Department this week include:

Two warrants served:

◊10/20 Johnny Nichols Jr., 40, Rogers, contempt failure to pay fines and costs; and

◊10/25 Jacob Wilson, 20, Pea Ridge, failure to appear.

Other incidents include: Monday, Oct. 18

8 a.m. Assisted on a medical call to a residence on Choate Place. Police spoke to an elderly resident who advised she did not want to be transported via ambulance, but did want police to check out the people living in her attic. Police said they have contacted family members about the numerous calls from the resident about people living in her walls and attic.

6:09 p.m. A minor motor-vehicle accident on North Davis Street was reported involving Monte Holt, 58, Pea Ridge, and Charlene Kelley, 31, Pea Ridge. Holt was cited for leaving the scene of an accident.

10 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, arrested Sandra Rife, 53, Rogers, on a warrant for battery III and transported her to the Benton County Jail.

Tuesday, Oct. 19

3:30 p.m. A resident of Carr Street reported receiving harassing telephone calls, e-mails and texts to her husband’s cell phone from a 23-year-old female in Pittsburg, Kan.

Wednesday, Oct. 20

12 p.m. Drove upon a disturbance in progress at a residence on Carden Road and arrested Brandon Bowen, 32, Pea Ridge, for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was transported to the Benton County Jail.

7:15 p.m. Received a report from a resident on East Pickens Street of unauthorized use of a vehicle.The vehicle was recovered later that day and Nathan Gobble, 18, Rogers, was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle and transported to the Benton County Jail.

Thursday, Oct. 21

6:45 a.m. Received a report of an individual walking down Weston Street at Pickens Street waving and acting strangely and walking in front of vehicles. Upon investigation, police arrested Zachary Cook, 18, Fayetteville, for public intoxication.

A resident reported a business partner was leaving harassing voice messages and e-mails.The incident is under investigation.

Friday, Oct. 22

3:36 p.m. A resident on Hayden Road reported a 15- or 16-year-old male had stopped his car and taken mail from their mailbox and left southbound.

Monday, Oct. 25

2:50 a.m. A resident on Jones Lane reported that it was possible that an 18-year-old against whom they had a no-contact order was trespassing on their property. No one was found at that time; the incident is under investigation.

BENTON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Wednesday, Oct. 20

Brandon Eugene Bowen, 32, Pea Ridge, was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Nathan Ryan Gobble, 18, Avoca, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Shane Alexander Hobbs, 23, Pea Ridge, was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, careless driving, delivery or possession with intent to deliver, driving while license suspended or revoked and improper use of evidences of registration. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Friday, Oct. 22

Eric Eugene Atkisson, 31, Garfield, was arrested for disregarding a stop sign, fleeing, theft by receiving and two counts of failure to appear. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton CountyJail in lieu of a $20,000 bond.

Dasha Castleman, 20, Pea Ridge, was arrested for failure to appear, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card and theft by receiving. She was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $3,500 bond.

Lacy Joann Frazier, 24, Pea Ridge, was arrested for fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.

Felicia Roxie Haney, 24, Garfield, was arrested for hindering apprehension of prosecution.

Sunday, Oct. 24

Robert William Knobbe,33,Garfield, was arrested for three counts of failureto appear and violation of the Arkansas hot check law.

Monday, Oct. 25

Jacob Lee Wilson, 20, Pea Ridge, was arrested for failure to appear. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $2,585 bond.

Lester Dale Dover, 39, Pea Ridge, was arrested Monday in connection with arson. Dover was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Robert William Knobbe,33,Garfield, was arrested Sunday in connection with felony failure to appear, two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear and violation of the Arkansas hot check law.
