Thursday, Aug. 30

9:16 a.m. A resident of It'll Do Road reported finding a four-wheeler in her field. It was determined the field was not in the city limits and she was advised to contact the Benton County Sheriff's Office. At 10:25 a.m. a resident of Hazelton Road reported his four-wheeler was stolen. As a result of the investigation, it was determined that the found four-wheeler was the one belonging to the resident on Hazelton Road and police arrested Robert A. Carns, 53, Pea Ridge, in connection with felony theft as well as on a failure to appear warrant from Pea Ridge.

5:29 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Lindsay Street for a gas meter that had been run over. The meter was plugged by the Fire Department and Black Hills Energy was notified.

Monday, Sept. 3

1:17 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Darrell Ray Booher, 35, Pea Ridge, in connection with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms; possession of Sch. III; possession of firearm by certain persons. Booher admitted he was the driver of a motorcycle who fled from a Pea Ridge Police officer on June 12. He told police he wrecked the motorcycle in Bella Vista and left it at a residence in Bella Vista.

6:33 p.m. A resident of Nelson Court reported finding a beagle mix dog running loose in her neighborhood. She agreed to take it to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic for police where it was impounded.

Wednesday, Sept. 5

11:04 a.m. Police received a report of prescription pills stolen from a resident of McCulloch Street. As a result of additional information, police told the complainant they would not file a report on the pills being stolen as there was evidence that the pills had been sold.

11:23 a.m. Police were dispatched to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic for an animal at large report. A lady had taken in two dogs that she said were running loose on the north side of Lee Town Road near the intersection of Greer Street. At 8 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 6, Jordan Muller, 20, Pea Ridge, claimed one of the dogs. He was issued a citation in connection with animal at large.

Thursday, Sept. 6

2 p.m. A resident of McCulloch Street reported a 14-year-old female had run away. She said she last saw the youth at 3 a.m. Sept. 5 at her grandmother's house. The youth was later found and was with her mother. Police contacted the Juvenile Intake Officer.

7:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on McCulloch Street for a disturbance. During the investigation, two men admitted to a physical altercation, but no one was seriously injured and no one wanted to file charges.

Friday, Sept. 7

2 p.m. A resident of Rogers took two dogs to the police station that she said she found in the roadway near South Curtis Avenue and Sugar Creek Road. She transported the dogs to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic and the dos were impounded.

4:30 p.m. A resident of Patton Street reported her vehicle had been hit while parked in the parking lot of Walmart on Sept. 6. There was damage to the driver's side rear door and down the fender. After reviewing video surveillance, police determined no one had hit the vehicle and the damage may have been there previously.

9:36 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Samantha Marie Foeppel, 27, Pea Ridge, in connection with DWI.

Thursday, Sept. 13

3:45 p.m. Police took a report of theft from a resident of Rogers who said the license plates on his vehicle were apparently taken some time on Monday, Sept. 10, while his vehicle was parked in front of the "court house" at 977 Weston St., Pea Ridge.

Saturday, Sept. 15

6:57 p.m. Police reported a male turned in a dog found on Lee Town Road. The dog was placed in the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.
