Emerging high school leaders attend conference at ATU

RUSSELLVILLE -- Arkansas Tech University hosted more than 80 students representing nine Arkansas schools for the 2018 High School Leadership Conference at ATU on Thursday, Oct. 11.

The conference provided participants with opportunities to develop leadership techniques and strategies, grow communication skills and discover personal leadership styles.

Topics covered included communication techniques and teamwork, conflict resolution, diversity in leadership, event planning, goal setting, personality in leadership, problem solving, change process and values in leadership.
